Works well on my necks arthritis
I was at a friend's and had terrible neck and shoulder pain from being bent over making ceramics. I used her Miko and it really made a huge difference. I used it until the battery died. I ordered this one for myself and it is helping me with pain from arthritis.

Not bad! Needs improvement
This is really good at giving a general shoulder and neck massage. I especially like the ability to adjust it to get the muscles at the base of my skull, and the fact it provides consistent and firm pressure for as long as I need it. Having said that, I found myself wishing I could adjust it for more pressure, as I have a smaller frame than my husband, and I really wanted it to "dig in" a little more, especially along the middle trapezius (mine is very tight and painful today).

Good for deep massage
The device seems to work really good. Really got my neck and back of the head good. Now the app not that great. Paired my device and went to look at something else and when I went ack to the app i have to re pair my device.
