Felt a difference in my energy levels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never tried b complex before and didn’t think I’d feel anything but I was wrong. I am a single mother with a full time job. I am always exhausted. I tried this for 5 days and I felt a lot more energy throughout the day. I did feel a bit more thirsty but it only prompt me to drink more water. I was surprised when I used the bathroom and (sorry for the TMI !!!) that my urine was neon yellow, but I read on it and it’s actually normal. I def will continue using it.

This is a totally normal effect of B vitamins but I may or may not have forgotten that before I started taking this.

Feeling Great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Nature’s Way and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have been taking these B Complex vitamins for about a week and a half and I’ve noticed more energy during the day. I typically take them in the morning after breakfast and I find that I’m not as tired around 3pm when I usually get a little fatigued. They don’t interfere with my sleep at night which has happened with B vitamins in the past. Yes, they make my urine neon yellow but all B vitamins do that so it’s not a concern. Overall I’m pleased with these vitamins!

Easy to swallow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nature’s Wat B-100 Complex has the stronger dose for Thiamin Nd Riboflavin than other multivitamin tablet in the market. I dont’t feel after taste after using it. Also it is easy to swallow and help me sleep better at night time.

Really Help with fatigue
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got these vitamins, I was really excited to try them because I’ve never heard of these type of vitamins. Immediately I opened it, and I realize that the capsule was actually orange, which is pretty amazing because most of the capsule that I tried in the past it’s white. I only been taking needs capsuled for about. I would say a week and I have noticed a big difference that it helped me with my fatigue, especially since I go to the gym and the overnight because it’s what I said for myself to work on my goals. I’ll update to see how I feel after using the whole entire bottle.

I started taking them after lunch and I felt like I had a coffee boost for the rest of the afternoon. It really didn’t promote energy in my body down to the cellular level. Will definitely keep taking a b complex vitamin.
