[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before this product I didn’t know that Niacinamide can be taken as pills by mouth. I only used it in my skincare routine . Now knowing the benefit of it ( used for acne, diabetes, cancer, osteoarthritis, aging skin, skin discoloration, good digestion) I take a pill daily and I am starting to see improvement. Just make sure to take only one pill a day because excess dosage can cause diarrhea and other bad side effects .

Great packaging

Good for dry skin?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no idea if I am seeing a difference in using these vitamins. I try to take them every day with my other vitamins. I heard they are good for making your skin smooth and shiny but I haven’t seen any difference from what my skin normally looks like. I do have eczema and it’s supposed to help with dry skin so I hope it’ll start showing results soon

Questionable Need For This Supplement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an okay supplement. I know niacinamide is good in skincare products, but I’m not sure about taking it orally. My skin looks good, but I think it’s from upping my skincare routine. I haven’t had any negative side effects from this. Not sure though that I’d make it part of my regular supplements though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received from Influenster Natures Way Niacinamide NonFlushing Supplement. This vitamin helps your skin from the inside out. It helps with blemishes and skin health support. Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B. Vitamin B can be found in meats and tuna but you would have to eat an abundance of the meat to get the effects of the vitamin does provide. My recipe I have taken them for 2 weeks and my fave looks brighter and I don’t have darkness under my eye. I recommend them as an added part of your beauty routine.

Normally I can handle energy drinks with this product in it but taking this supplement as a supplement alone was not good for me. Others may tolerate this differently but it made me extremely jittery and overall made me feel like crap.

Maybe they need more time to take in effect. Didn't smell odd or taste weird. I'll keep taking them to see if they do work. I do use niacinamide on my face but this will be my first time taking them in pill form.
