  • A: If you mean the ice cream, yes. You need to put the things inside the container provided then freeze it before using the actual Ninja Creami device to turn it into an ice cream or sorbet or whatever it is.

Dessign flaws and bad customer service

It won’t power on after a couple minutes of not being used. It has to be unplugged for several seconds before being plugged back in. Tedious and Ninja won’t do anything about it. It’s a garbage product that Target should remove from their inventory.

Broken & Unusable after 5 months. Target & Ninja won't fix or replace.

Target & Ninja won’t stand by their product. I bought this through the Target app. After using it for 5 months, the blade completely snapped off and shaved a chunk of the metal off. It won’t spin or make ice cream anymore. Target and Ninja said that because this was a refurbished unit, they will not fix or replace it. This was still a $200 purchase from Target so their lack of support is extremely disappointing. Will not shop with Target going forward.

Don't purchase this

The blade broke after just a couple of uses. It wouldn’t stay in the lid. Waste of money. I thought target had a 90 day return window but it says return window expired after less than 60 days.

It’s AMAZING you Accually can return it and if you read the directions, it says that if it’s not creamy enough, you put it in spoon and add a little bit more liquid. Best product ever bought five stars.

DO NOT BUY! These are known to be defective and should have been recalled. You'll end up stuck with a malfunctioning product. Ninja refused to refund or replace.
