Q: Is this lactose free?

  • A: noosa is not lactose free. Like other yoghurts, noosa is fermented with bacteria that breaks down lactose into lactic acid and varying flavor compounds. While there is a reduction in lactose during this fermentation, it is by no means complete and there is residual lactose in our product. While noosa does contain lactose, we do sometimes get comments from lactose intolerant individuals that they consume noosa with no issues, but this is something you would need to discuss with your doctor on an individual basis.

    I get the 4 little tubs of lemon for morning breakfast or a mid day snack. This brand has more/assorted live active cultures. May not be the healthiest because of full fat milk, but I am after the active cultures. Very creamy. It tasted good!

    Sweet and tangy flavor bombshell

    I wasn’t sure if I was a rhubarb fan, but it is a surprisingly good mixture of sweet and tart. It’s a nice, velvety texture, and didn’t leave any nasty aftertaste. This is a yes for me!

    Try it you'll love it

    This is the best flavor Noosa makes. As an added bonus it also has the lowest calories of all there Noosa flavors. I am not sure why the other Targets don’t carry this flavor??? Also Marina is the best place to purchase Noosa. 1.99 all the time.

    Tastes great

    Noosa sweet peach yogurt is so delicious. It's thick and creamy but has the fruit on the bottom you mix in. This brand is one of my favorite yogurt brands. The only downside in my opinion is the amount of sugar in it. Noosa never disappoints!

    The Way It Should Be

    In a world dominated by Yoplait and Dannon, I was delighted to discover Noosa! Not only the peach, but absolutely every flavor I’ve tried has been amazing. It reminds me of the way yogurt / yoghurt used to be made when it was a new ‘thing’ in the US and small dairies produced quality products. And I live in Wisconsin, so I know dairy!

    I love its presentation, its texture and its flavor is very satisfying and it really doesn’t make you fat if you consume few quantities if you are in the gym obviously I love it!

    Delicious flavor, real ingredients and no shrinkflation - thank you!! so far I love all the flavors, but especially the strawberry rhubarb. This is one of the only mainstream brands that still offers an actual cup of yogurt (8 oz) while others continue to tiny-ify their products and keep charging a premium.

    Perfect amount of sweet

    This is our favorite yoghurt brand. The rhubarb isn't overpowering and gives just a bit of tartness to the strawberry flavor. These yoghurts aren't overly sweet, either, which is a real win for our family.
