To ensure the pigment remains steady from the start of your application to the finish, we suggest storing the pen tip-down when not in use, which allows the formula to stay concentrated right at the applicator. If you find the product is coming out too heavily, using very light, short strokes rather than applying firm pressure can help you maintain much better control over the saturation level. It is also a great tip to ensure your lips are completely free of any oily balms or foundations before you begin, as these residues can sometimes clog the fine fibers of the tip and cause it to lose steam prematurely. Should you notice any buildup on the applicator, gently wiping the tip with a clean tissue can often refresh the flow, helping you achieve a flawless and long-lasting pout with ease.

    Works great as a faux freckle pen!

    I bought this to use as a faux freckle pen since it has a round tip. I have not used it for the lips as intentended but it worked great for drawing freckles. I would recommend it for that! I have brown hair and use 05.

    Liner stayed on all day

    I love a good nude lip liner, this one worked very well. My liner didn't move all day. Came off super easy with just a wet wash cloth. The only down side I didn't like was the scent of the product.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product is terrible. The color isn’t good in anyway. And it’s so hard to put on because I have shaky hands and so do a lot of other people. there are 10000s of better lip liners out there that you can get. Do not get this one.

    I love the precise tip applicator and the lasting power of the stain. Mind you, this is not bullet proof, it will fade some after eating but I still love it!     Was very interested in trying out this lip liner specifically for the ballpoint tip. It makes it super easy to line my lips. The stain last for hours on end and doesn’t smudge or transfer. It gives such a natural soft matte finish. Some days I want something quick and natural on my lips and I have been reaching for this lip liner. I will say the formula drys quickly so blend it right away. I promise you this lip liner is so worth it!

    Lip stain application is not smooth and it dries out before I fully line my lips. The color is nice. It has a funny smell too. This is a $3 product at best, not worth $13. Would not recommend.

    Who passed this in testing?

    This dried out on my second use. I shook it, pushed the felt tip, and read up on instructions and couldn’t get the liner to apply. It was so dry and had no color payoff although I kept the cap on and used it the very next day. This product was $12 and worked once and even when it did it only lasted a few hours.

    Like it with some reservations

    Love the color i picked (up to no good is a lovely cool reddish brown) - when using though you have to be VERY careful to not have any lip balm etc oily product on your lip, otherwise the felt tip immidiately gets sort of clogged and wont work until you clean the thing w miscellar water or similar. This is a bit of a drag. Stays on well though!

    Lingerie is more accurate than I ever imagined.

    I am not trendy enough that I was already into the liner-only look before buying this, but now EVERY TIME I put it on I think of just leaving it because it looks hot. I have gotten specific compliments on my lip makeup when wearing this and it does last really well. I also loved the ball tip on it. It's easier to make clean lines than with brush tips or pencils.

This creamy formula is designed to deliver rich, comfortable definition, but bleeding can sometimes occur if there is excess moisture or natural oils on the skin around the mouth. To lock the barrier in place and prevent any blurring, we recommend dusting a tiny amount of translucent powder right along the outer edges of your lips before applying the liner. Making sure your lips are completely clean and dry before tracing your contour will also help the formula grip the skin and stay sharply defined all day.
