Q: Did the formula change on these? They used to be tiny balls inside the capsule, however in the latest bottle I bought the capsules were more of a ground powder. This works so well, I would really hope they wouldn’t start messing with the formula.

helps with hot flashes

after my first bottle of these, I found taking these at night before bed really seem to help with the hot flashes a bit and temperature regulation is better. the flavor is ok, not great but it's also not candy so it's ok. so far no issue with my other medications either. I'll continue to take them for the bit of relief they can offer.

Meno is absolutely the best.

I took the Meno gummies.

Sorry to say they did nothing for me. They caused my calcium to be higher than normal, so I stopped taken the gummies. I'm glad to see that Meno is working for other women.

It works!

This supplement has saved me! I was having several hot flashes a day, and night sweats. Within a week and a half they stopped completely. After the first bottle I started taking one capsule an day and they still have not returned. So grateful!
