    I can't use this product anymore. I have used it for 30 year

    I use this product to curl my hair with a three-quarter inch curling iron so my hair is full of curls and it's long past my shoulders. I tried using the new formula freeze and shine and all it did was make my hair, wet and flat and it didn't work at all. I also have a perm and it made my hair frizzy. I have used freezing and shine for over 30 years and loved it and now I don't have a clue what to do or what to use. Please bring the old formula back.

    My hair stays where I want it that's what I like. It's pretty sticky and can be messy in the bathroom from the buildup of spraying it.

    YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE!

    I have natural wavy hair. This product is my go to all year round! When brushing out their is NO issues of being tangled up! It holds beautiful. MUST HAVE! I am 58 and I have been using PAUL MITCHELL since I was 18.

    Please bring back ORIGINAL formula!!

    Why change something that already worked amazingly??? I have returned the NEW bottles of the new terrible formula. This new formula actually straightened my hair, weighed it down, It is like spraying tap water on your hair, after you style it. You have lost a 40+ year loyal customer. If the original comes back, so do I, and a lot of other customers.

    Big Disappointment

    I have used Freeze and Shine for well over 30 years. I used to buy it it gallon jugs! I recently bought 2 refill bottles and they're junk. I need to use more, and within 2 hours my hair is starting to collapse. It used to stay in place from morning till bedtime. Those refills were a waste of money and I'm now looking for a new hairspray.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE

    I have been using freeze and shine super spray for decades - this new design bottle is also a new formula and it's horrible. It's like cheap hairspray and is sticky and heavy. This is nothing like the great product you used to sell. Why do companies change a great product

    not a change for the better

    i bought the small spray freeze an shine plus a large refill, confident in my product. i was a long time user. so sorry i wasted my money. after reading here i see other women with the same issue!

    Very disappointing

    I used to buy Paul Mitchell freeze and shine super spray now all you can get is Paul Mitchell freeze and shine hairspray and it is not the same at all. In all honesty it sucks. I'm 59 and have been using this for years. So sad you changed it cause now I'm going to have to start looking for something that comes somewhat close. Terrible move.
