My dog loves to run around and with his dark fur, it gets hard to see if anything is on him. We’ve used this product in the past and it’s helped a lot!

Ticks this year have been out of control and every time I take an animal to the vet they have a tick transmitted disease. Pet Armor is a much more affordable way to access flea and tick protection safely. I can apply this topical and give my pup a heartworm only preventative, and she’s set. I’m excited to try the flea/tick collars, they’re more affordable than others and last for 8 months, perfect for me because I have so many to apply to and will forget. Only downside, I did find a 1.5-2 day engorged tick on my pup within the 30 day window (along with two, tiny dead ticks). I tried to get an ID on it, and it’s potentially a lone star tick. It seems this type is harder to kill, so maybe that’s why it was taking longer. It was still likely within the 48 hour window, so I am still considering it effective. Next time I’m going to be more careful to apply it directly to the skin and make sure very little ends up on her fur, hopefully this will improve efficacy. Another reason I want to try the flea/tick collars is because they’re effective once the tick touches the fur, it doesn’t even have to bite. In an area with bobcat fever and blood mycoplasma, this is so important. I’ve lost some of my colony cats and it’s broken my heart. Really excited to work with this brand to get my pets the protection they need!

Sadly this did absolutely nothing for my dog. I followed the instructions exactly and he got fleas all over him. I returned it.

The applicator was easy to cut open and apply. I appreciated the longer length of the applicator tip compared to other brands also because I didn’t get the medicine on me. It dries quickly and doesn’t leave a crusty or greasy spot in his fur.

Unfortunately the efficacy was immediately tested, within a couple hours we found a tick that must have been on her before the treatment and it was thankfully dead even with the short duration. I think these are a great value.

PLEASE read instructions before treating your dog...Read a review that said their dog swallowed this easily...Maybe there should be a large print "TOPICAL/DO NOT INGEST" on the front of the box. Other than that, such a great product!

We have tried the products before but this one is really easy to use. My dogs didn’t have any side effects and they took the product with no issues. Usually my dogs are sensitive especially with new products but they didn’t have any side effects at all. This product is also waterproof . So, taking a bath is a okay after. I received a 3 month supply and this will probably last us some time. I recommend this product because you don’t have to use it all the time. It’s effective, easy to use, and good for our fur babies.
