Pyrex Deep 4pc Glass Bakeware Set: Clear Baking Dishes with Lids, Dishwasher & Oven Safe

The deep (almost 4-inch) depth of the Pyrex baking dish is what I was looking for to help prevent spills from baking large lasagnas and casseroles. However, the quality control of whomever manufactures this bakeware needs work. I purchased it in-store at Target and then had to return the first set because there was a sharp chip on the lip of the smaller baking dish that could have been dangerous in use. The second set I purchased to replace the first set is better in that there are no chips along the lip of the dish, but there is significant warping of the glass sides on the larger baking dish. Since I didn’t want to have to drive to Target again to see if there was another set available, I decided to keep the set that had sides that were warped. I don’t think the warping will affect its usage unlike the sharp chipping from the previous set. It’s a bummer that the plastic wrap of the packaging prevents us from inspecting the quality of the bakeware prior to purchase in store. It’s only after we opened it that we discovered both the chipping from the first set and the warping from the second set. One note is that this set of Pyrex bakeware is not made from borosilicate glass. Pyrex used to be made from this material that is supposed to be able to handle large changes in temperature from the fridge to a pre-heated oven/stove. This set of Pyrex bakeware is made out of soda glass (not borosilicate glass) which is fairly sturdy but isn’t guaranteed to hold up as well in drastic changes of temperatures. The red lids that come with this set are a fairly tight fit if the glass isn’t warped, however since one of mine has warping, it’s moreso a looser fit than expected. I still think it’s a good purchase and the price is fair at under $30 USD.

Product was as expected HOWEVER delivery was not as expected. After waiting in my car for 20 minutes, I switched to in store pickup. Inside no one knew what was going on and I had to show them where my item was.

Perfectly packed. Like how deep it is. Great for lasagna and then the lid makes for easy storing. Also like the choice of 2 sizes.

Love it fits everything. I'm trying to cook in the oven. Lids are nice and sturdy stay firm around the handles.

Exploded in oven! Do not buy!

Do not purchase this product. 16 mins in at 350° the 9x13 dish exploded in the oven.

First delivery had black all over the lids and what appeared to be rust spots on the bottom of the dishes. Second delivery had the rust spots as well. Sigh!

This was the perfect size I was looking for some of the others are too shallow to make a nice lasagna or casserole and then others are too big these are the perfect size My new favorite cookware

Not the pyrex I know and luv. This is a disappointment. Much smaller than the last one I purchased. Broken shards of glass inside. It's badly chipped. Spent $30 on this poor purchase. Not good quality. Would not recommend

This bakeware set has been my go to on the kitchen and I use it pretty much for everything. It’s perfect for marinating big loads of meat and fish. Just be careful so you don’t put it on very high temperatures when baking in it because Pyrex has a temperature restriction.

Seriously, i should have listened to the reviews. I was making cookie bars in a 350 degree preheated oven and my brand new pyrex dish exploded. Seriously do not get this item. Not worth it and poorly made and leaves a glass mess everywhere

I wanted to replace my 9x13 pan as I didn't care for how each corner edge was slanted. The corner edge pieces would fall in my old pan and will not in this pan. Used the smaller pan that came in the set this week. Cleanup is nice and easy.
