Ordered the laptop and was shipped as should then the day before it arrived I got a full refund and the laptop was shipped back I don’t want my money back I want a laptop

Didnt recieve and was unavailabe when i tried to re buy it

May be an amazing laptop, I'll never know, I ordered this with low hopes because of the fact it was only 160 dollars, but Acer figured out a way to go lower. First they "gave the wrong shipping address" delaying the delivery time 2 days. Then, when I thought it was going to come today, I got an email stating that the item was so called undeliverable and I was obviously upset, then I proceeded to the buy again section and it wasn't available.

They reversed shipment without notice.

I purchased a refurbished laptop from Acer. My credit card was charged. Acer shipped the package with FedEx. The day before the package arrived, shipment reversed back to the original location. Step 1: call Target. They have no idea what 3rd party sellers are doing. Those sellers can act on their own. Step 2: call Acer. Acer tells me that due to a pricing error they reversed all shipments of this unit. A bummer for sure, but no notification and no refund has been expressed. I have the charge still on my credit card, the order is open, and I have to wait till they get their product back before they refund me? They acknowledge that I never even received the item. This is ridiculous! I even asked if I could add cash to the sale or have 1st opportunity to repurchase when the item became available again. Both requests denied. Horrible experience. I hope others don’t have this happen to them.
