Roborock Has Exceeded My Expectations
I purchased my Roborock vacuum about five months ago, and I’ve been very happy with it. It performs exactly as expected—cleaning efficiently, navigating well, and saving me a lot of time. Overall, it’s been a great investment and I would definitely recommend it.

Horrible Device, Gets Stuck Constantly,Cannot Avoid Obstacles, Runs Over Pets
The robot is advertised as as having "uninterrupted cleaning" because it's supposedly smart enough to avoid obstacles. THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. I have to fix the robot multiple times a day because it runs into anything and everything. It vacuums up cords, clothes, hits my dogs, hits our feet, finds all shoes and gets stuck vacuuming the shoe laces, gets stuck in the same spot multiple times even though it was able to get to the spot, folds rugs over so that it can't actually clean them, and it does this EVERY SINGLE TIME IT CLEANS. I cannot stand the thing anymore. I thought I was buying an autonomous cleaning solution but instead I have to micromanage the thing. I find myself wondering if I would have just saved myself time money and hassle by just manually vacuuming. I cannot emphasize enough how frustrating this device is to use. If you don't mind having to micro-manage it and get it unstuck from every cord you own, then this robot is perfect for you. I never thought I would miss my Roomba but this robot outdid itself.

Almost Immediate Warranty Claim
We had this vacuum for 2 weeks before being to file a warranty claim due to the communication sensor affecting its ability to empty the dust bin or wash the mop - an issue that we found was extremely common after getting to find solutions online. Also, does not communicate with whatever assistant you use (e.g. Google) as advertised. Very buggy... should have been held off for release until these issues were resolved.

I sent in my Saros 10 for repairs because the mop kept detaching during cleaning. That was the only issue — everything else was working perfectly. However, when the device was returned to me, it would no longer charge. I left it charging overnight, but still nothing. I reached out to Roborock, and they asked me to send it back again. It turned out to be an electrical issue, which they initially tried to blame on me. I reminded them that the original device had no electrical problems — only the mop attachment issue. They eventually admitted fault and offered to send me a refurbished Saros 10, since my original unit was deemed beyond repair. I wasn’t comfortable with this option, as I had no way of knowing the history or condition of the refurbished unit. Still, I agreed, since it was clear they weren’t willing to provide a brand-new replacement. Later, I was told that the refurbished Saros 10 was taking too long to repair, and they wanted to send me a refurbished different model instead. I declined, and now I’m being told I’ll have to wait another 10 days for the refurbished Saros 10 to be ready. If it’s taking that long to “fix,” I can only imagine what condition it’s in. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with Roborock’s customer service. Just last year, I sent in my S7 Max Ultra for a minor repair, which they lost in their warehouse. They replaced it with a refurbished unit that broke within a week. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even trade it in later because it “wasn’t the original device I purchased.” How convenient. I ultimately had to buy a new one out of pocket. I shouldn’t have to settle for refurbished replacements — especially when I don’t know the extent of their prior issues — simply because Roborock refuses to provide new devices when they make mistakes. At this point, it’s time to start looking for a new company.

I love this vacuum!!!
I have a very large and furry Bernese Mountain Dog, so have a robot vacuum on each floor. I specifically bought this one to replace a very new Roomba that I wish I hadn't left unopened for months before finding out it was *awful*. The Saros 10 was super easy to setup; and it does an excellent job of cleaning up all the fur that the Roomba just left in clumps. The fact that it both vacuums and mops (and knows where to do both) is life-changing... my other Shark robots on the upper two floors require me to swap out parts to mop. I have already recommended this robot vacuum to a friend and will eventually replace the other two upstairs vacuums with this or another Roborock. Can't recommend more highly!

Simplify life
Never having a robot vac before, we didn't know what to expect. What we got was a clean house with very little effort. The app is simple to use, the vac/mop performs great, and even the occasional cleaning of the unit is no big deal. We are very pleased with this purchase!

No hair tangles
I give this system a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Pros: No more pet hair tangles. I'm not having to unjam the main brush daily due to pet hair being caught in the rollers. No fighting with clean/dirty water with the Refill & drainage System! The AI does extra on dirty places identifed. cons: This system seems to have taken a step backwards on the AI auto detect system. With its ability to lift itself up a some it now trys to do weird stuff. I have some desks with extended horitzontial legs. The robot loves to high center itself on it. I had to setup no go zones so I don't have to save the it daily. My previous version would just bump and move on. This one oohh no it goes I can get over it, and quickly hi-centers itself and screams for help. It also does this with my office chair too, it loves to get stuck instead of just Identifying a chair like the previous version and just avoiding it.. Its AI needs some love. If the lighting is poor or extra shadowed it will run over dog accidents and smear it around. While the previous version would do this sometimes. This one has a higher frequency of doing it. I'm guessing its cause the AI thinks its extra dirty and/or its an obstical it can get over and then smushes the mess. Again the AI needs some love.

Do not recommend at all. I upgraded to this one because the 8 wasn't cleaning, it would drag the trash to the carpet. This roborock s10 was worse. The battery dies in the middle of the cleaning, and wouldn't return to the dock to charge. It would "get stuck" in the middle of the living room, but nothing was around it. I had to reconnect the roborock to the app just so I could use it. And finally, it just didnt charge at all. I had to return it. Very disappointed since this was a recommended robot vacuum. not worth the money at all

We had a robot vac before, but nothing to this caliber. How it lays out your house and doesn’t touch anything. It’s not supposed to make this a top-of-the-line back and mop. Set it and forget it.

I absolutely love my Roborock. I am still getting used to it but to be honest it has gone above and beyond. I am learning the APP and it is really easy with a few minor issues. The 'spot cleaner' is hard to find, but that could be me. I wish there was an easier way to do that. If there is I will find it.

Let Roborock do the Vacuuming for You!
This vacuum is a time saver and game changer! With two dogs, I previously vacuumed 3-4 times a week. Now I just start the Roborock and the job is done for me. I use it every other day and it picks up the dog hair and does a superb job. If it runs out of battery before finishing, it goes bak to the dock, recharges and then continues and finishes the job. A very important feature is the automated unloading dust bin into a dust bag. The bag has a large capacity and I have yet to change it after 3-4 weeks of use. I got this vacuum on the recommendation of The Wire Cutter (NYT). It was an impulse buy - and one I am very happy to have made!

Love my Roborock
I absolutely love my Roborock! It’s quick, efficient and thorough. Whenever I need to mop I just put the mopping equipment on and my house is clean. I have it set to vacuum every night at 8 pm so I have one less thing to worry about!
