Mailing label issue/quality issue
I bought the first bracelet but the clasp broke the 2nd time I wore it. R&S sent me a return label and I returned it. Then they sent me another bracelet. This time I never even took it out of the package because one of the "onyx" (which I'm sure is plastic) stones had fallen out. I called, asked what to do and the rep told me to return it. She never emailed me a new label. The quality of this "jewelry" is very poor. We ordered from R&S because they are advertised in the New York Times. What a joke.

Pretty bracelet; poorly made
I bought this bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. She wore it for the first time on Christmas day. At first the clasp closed tightly. But as the day wore on, the clasp began to loosen and the bracelet fell off her wrist several times. The clasp does not stay securely fastened to prevent the bracelet from falling off. This bracelet has been returned.
