Beautiful but the Plastic Corners Fall Off
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bezel is absolutely beautiful and makes the TV even more beautiful to look at on the wall but the plastic corner pieces to keep it on tightly fall often quite off and we have to keep putting them back in.

SamsungFan, Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation: 1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them. 2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides. 3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place. 4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces. Looks good and easy to install magnetically

I love this frame on my frame TV
This frame makes the TV look like artwork when not in use. I used to miss big game moments because I was in the kitchen cooking. I am now able to watch the game and cook. When I'm not watching the television I choose the art that I want displayed. Win Win!!!

This is NOT gold in any way shape or form. It looks like a coors light beer can. If you want something that is sand gold - DO NOT BUY THIS. If you want something silver, buy the item that says gold (this one)...

Corner Plastic Clips Impossible to Install.
The bezel fits well and looks nice. However the corner plastic clips that are meant to bring the corners tightly together don't fit. Got two on, but the others will not click into place. For the cost of the bezel a poor design.

Teak looks nice, it is cheap plastic, but is still OK from a distance. The corner fasteners supplied will not stay in place - they just fall out. Giving up on them (but they don't seem totally necessary). Don't understand what the holes are for underneath, you have to put little plastic plugs in the holes, and the plugs are black! Why not make them the same colour as the frame - or not have holes at all? They are recessed, so you don't see them (unless your TV is up high).
