Straw keeps disconnecting from the lid partially or completely. Loud to drink or won’t work at all. Have to keep fixing it and it is disappointing.

I love the look, size and straw function of this water bottle, but there are major issues. It whistles when you drink from it which is annoying. Also, unlike other reviews where the lid won’t stay latched, mine is impossible to open. Needs a redesign.

The button isn’t easy to use. Kinda need to push down hard.

I wanted to love it! But it’s extremely hard to open and the straw does slide down and you have to go reinsert it back in the hole to be able to drink. Imagine having to do that while outside somewhere that you can’t wash your hands before doing so. Also, it does not fit all the way in my car cup holder either.

It’s leaks so bad and any tilt will have lights exploded out when you open the top very anything for a cup of this price

Love the color. Unfortunately, it does not keep ice as well as the other one I have. Also I wish the strap fit around my wrist.

So pretty but so disappointing. It leaks. An entire bottle full of water leaked all over my laptop. It is also prone to mold.

I own several Stanley products and have generally loved them, so I really wanted this one to work too. The design is sleek and the spout makes drinking on the go easy … that part's great. But I'm having a real problem with the lid popping open even when I've closed it properly. Not a big deal sitting on my desk, but it's a dealbreaker for tossing in a bag or cup holder, I've had spills because of it. Oh, and I forgot to mention that if you leave the water bottle in the car when it’s warm out, it will literally explode when you open it. I'm returning this one. As someone who's a genuine repeat customer, I'm hoping this was just a defect with this particular cup and not a bigger issue, because otherwise it's a great product.

Lid pops open by itself constantly and water leaks everywhere when it falls over. Straw comes detached all the time and then you have to open the lid and reattach it to continue drinking. Just really poorly made. Especially for the price.

I love my beautiful my Stanley 20 fl oz Stainless Steel Flowstate Spring Bottle in Rose Quartz. It works perfectly well, keeps me hydrated and I never had a problem with it. I love the color, material, design, texture, capacity, its durability and I highly recommend it.

I was super excited for this bottle but it does not hold cold temps like it claims. I’ve always thought Stanley was the best with staying cold but this one threw me off. It’s small and stains easily as well.

The design of this water bottle is terrible. I have several other Stanley bottles that I love and wanted this one for travel since it’s spill proof. While that part is true, it’s so difficult to open the flip top and the straw detaches from the mouth piece constantly. Maybe it would be better if you didn’t want ice in your water, but pretty much every time I take a sip of water, I have to unscrew the lid and reattach the straw. Horrible design

The ice doesn’t last as long. Literally not an hr! It’s the worst!

Love it it’s super convenient and so cute, every girl needs a good water bottle , i ordered 2 , i had the original Stanley which is too big but this is perfect

I like it..works great..not big enough for longer days out. I will order a larger size next time.

My package has been lost, and I have been trying to contact you for weeks. Every time I open a support ticket, it gets closed without any resolution or explanation. I need a clear update on the location of my package and a proper resolution as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to take further action.
