    Wanted to love it but didn’t

    I bought this so I could bring my sandwich to work every day but unfortunately it made the sandwich taste terrible. It had a faint taste and smell of the bag (weird plastic smell). I haven’t used it for food since. Sad that it didn’t work out.

    Given how toxic plastic is said to be, these silicone bags are very important. They are easy to clean and get dry after use, they are water-tight and no air gets in. The big problem is the price. Sigh.

    Perfect for Half an Onion

    I always seem to end up with half an onion or lemon when food prepping and this size is perfect for storing them in the fridge. Saves a lot of plastic wrap. Would be easier to work with a bottom gusset, but the size still works. Best part is no onion smells wafting throughout the fridge. The seal just works and opens easily.

    Great Bag

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's nice to be off plastic. We purchased four sandwich bags and two half gallon bags and almost all are in use. The bags are as described, very sturdy and versatile. The sandwich bags are a little smaller than the old plastic bags we've used forever but that's only a minor difference. The only improvement we could suggest would be to make the bag opening a little more user friendly by making it easier to fill. But, after a few attempts, we've found the trick. Just push in on the sides and the mouth of the bag opens nicely. We're ordering more soon.
