Q: Is the bottom of the laptop compartment sufficiently padded? Many laptop bags with a "padded" sleeve for some reason don't pad the bottom which takes the most abuse.

    Big with many compartments but some drawbacks

    It is roomy, with many compartments and is durable so far but when it sits on the end it falls over (away from the shoulder straps. The front section has so many sections if it's unzipped it folds in half and isn't very stable. I never use the built-in USB cable as it's kind of a waste. I have a larger backpack that is too big but holds about the same amount of items. This one is less cumbersome. One of the zippers on the front is partially obstructed by a small elastic strap that is awkward.

    I have used this bag almost every day for 6 years

    I have used this bag almost every day for 6 years-- it's been through countless trips, my entire college career, and I use it for everything. It's finally starting to show wear and tear so I'm going to buy a new one! Very durable.

    Nice backpack

    Backpack is great. All the pockets works well for my Pickleball gear. The only downside is where sunglasses pocket and it's not flush or flat. Can get in the way of using the larger pocket.

    Great, but

    I've been putting this backpack through the ringer, as it seems many other reviewers have too, for three years now. Today, the zipper completely broke. Have to either replace the whole main zipper (very expensive) or the entire backpack (also very expensive). I'd probably buy it again; I'm just disappointed in the zipper.
