Small

I got the size small (5-6) but really needed a 6. 5, I knew the 6-7 would be to big and I’d probably end up tripping myself on them. They were pretty comfortable even if my toes needed more room.

Poor features

I received these slippers today. They look very pretty but are very uncomfortable. Around the edges of the slippers were you foot is supposed to rest the edges are hard and caused my feet to not stay in the slippers the way they are supposed to. Very disappointed. A waste of $9. 99. I cannot wear them. I would like a refund. I’m always pleased with your products but this was not not a good purchase. Thank you

Greatly disappointed

The slippers arrived damaged. It looks like a manufacturing issue. Fur is falling out, there is a hard stain on one of the slippers, and there are strings loose all around them. Very disappointing. I am unable to use these in this condition

Extremely disappointed

These were delivered December 5th, and they are defective. Strings coming out fur falling out, and a hard stain. Called customer service only to find out there's no way to talk to anybody in the United States, and she even told me she would have to take my phone number and call me back tomorrow she was on the phone with another customer what kind of business does stuff like this I am very disappointed I don't know if I'll even buy anything from them again. I want to return them and it seems I'm at the mercy of everyone in the Philippines while their warehouse is in the same state I am

While these slippers look and feel great, after one week of wearing them, the memory foam went flat.
