The rubber around the case falls off everytime it opens. You then must try and put it back to get it to close. Very difficult to get the pills out. Break nails doing it all the time. I just need to buy new. I have two (bought two at once-bad decisions) and both are alike.

Just like all the other ratings… this thing is awful. I did curbside so I didn’t know that also be missing a rubber gasket because it didn’t close. But also it sounds like even with that piece it still doesn’t work. Definitely returning.

the doors on the inside are kind of flimsy and can pop out. i bought two of these cases via pickup, and one of them was missing the rubber ring that acts as a seal. it can close, but the latch does not keep. the other case, which did have the rubber ring, closed tightly, however the ring easily comes out of place.
