    Dont buy

    We got this on our registry. We have used it 3 months and the amount of times it randomly loses connection from the monitor is scary. We had to buy a back up audio monitor for night because I have zero confidence in this camera. It works well when it's working, but you never know when it will disconnect randomly

    Terrible camera if you want to pair with phone

    The app for this camera regularly disconnects (multiple times daily/weekly). I can assume that instead of being able to check my app to see my baby, I will have to enter his room, hope he doesn’t wake up, unplug the device, wait a minute, reconnect, and then if I’m lucky the app will work. The tablet screen that comes with the camera works fine.

    Cost cutting design.

    Low resolution makes zoom useless. The kickstand is so small that it is feels like trolling; it ALWAYS falls over! Barrel connectors in 2025!? How much money did you save by not putting USB connectors? The included cheap plastic wall mount is incredibly flemsy. The pan and tilt is very limited in range. So far this product is okay enough to not return but leapfrog monitors are much better.

    Love the screen size, but quality was fuzzy and inconsistent. Did not connect to wifi - so it wasn't a connection issue. After 1.5 months the camera wouldn't pair to the monitor after trying all support and factory resets. Such junk!

    Do not waste your money!

    The ONLY thing I liked was that the charge light is on the side instead of the front so it’s not blinding you at night. Otherwise I’d rate this 0 stars if I could. Sound quality is patchy and terrible and so is video quality. Do not waste your money!!

    Not worth it

    Monitor was working okay. Monitor completed its function. I didn’t like sensitivity of camera movement/placement. Also camera stoppers working after 3 month.

    Wow

    Pleasantly surprised at how nice this is! The monitor is so big and has so many options. I bought this in a pinch for traveling. It’s nicer than my really expensive one!

    Regret buying this

    The monitor constantly malfunctions and the screen turns completely white. After several resets, returns to normal. The worst monitor I have ever owned.

    Great quality picture

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great baby monitor! I love the big size of the screen. The picture and sound quality are great. It’s nice that you can zoom in and move the camera from the monitor. Great battery life, I haven’t even had to charge it yet.
