Don't waste your money
Unless you’re very small, this will not fit you and you can’t even undo it to get out of it. I had to actually take it down from my waist down my legs to get it off me you cannot unhook it. It’s terrible.

Great starter vest
Great vest, I've used it about 3x now for walking on the treadmill. It's not too heavy so a good starting vest for me (should be about 5-10% of your body weight). My only complaint is that the bottom portion of the weights (the ones that curve down to your sides from the front) irritate my arms as they swing back and forth while walking. I will try wearing a long sleeved shirt but I wonder if there's another vest style that wouldn't do this. If this vest included a second clip at the bottom front, this could keep the weights from sliding too much to the side.
