    I’ve had the ice maker for just over a year and a half and it worked perfectly until it just stopped working. Until then I was extremely happy with the amount of ice it produced and the speed at which it produced it. I cleaned it once s month like the manual said and used filtered water so I never really had trouble with mold growth like some reviewers but it is not an easy machine to clean mainly because of the small size.

    Don't buy it

    This is the second one I purchased and both of them were defective. The first one the water supply wasn’t reaching the unit to give it water and this second one it was make a loud noise and wasn’t making ice at all.

    Just know that the ice will only get made in tiny batches and it’ll turn itself off after every cycle until you empty the tiny basket. So it may make 26 lbs of ice over 24 hours but to get that you’ll have to tend to it regularly

    Regretting my purchase

    Bacteria infesting environment. It’s not easy to clean and the combo of heat, water, and cooling features will lead to bacteria & pink mold.

    I Love Ice!

    For the most part I like the machine. The large size ice pieces are the perfect size. You have to stay on top of cleaning the machine. I don’t like that it only produces 9 pieces of ice at a time and to me it takes too long for ice to be ready. The tray moves way too slow. The ice does melt pretty fast.

    Yellow Mold, Impossible to Clean

    Use of plastic parts that can't be removed and can't be accessed without physically disassembling the top of the unit means yellow mold grows continuously as it is used, making the unit disgusting and unsanitary. There is no way the designers of this ice maker could have missed this. This is basically a paper weight full of refrigerant. Don't buy it.

    Unfortunately the reviews on here and other sites are accurate. I had the ice maker for a month and it stopped working. When the ice bucket is full it stops and the ice completely melts. Sad because it wasn’t too big and made ice super fast.

    Nice having ice!

    Nice having an ice machine and not having to run to gas station to get 5 dollar ice! I love the large and small size options and the cylinder style ice it makes. You just have to stay up on emptying the tray! Otherwise it starts to melt as it doesn't keep it cool. Then once you put in your freezer they stuck together and you'll have to break it apart. So this isn't a machine to walk away and forget. But other than that we are happy with it because it works great :)

    Disappointed

    I should have read the reviews. Wanted to match the same brand with my appliances. Machine was compact but made a lot of noise and takes awhile to make a couple of cubes. While ice sits in tray it starts to melt.
