Women's Knit Wrap Skort - All In Motion™ Blue Gingham XS

Love it! Great length. Not too short for an active teacher mom. I have several in black but wanted navy. Lightweight and comfy!

I normally wear a true medium in Target clothing, but I had to return the size I ordered online, medium for a small because of the fitting. I have an hourglass shape, and the medium size fit at the bottom, but there was a lot of space at the waist, which bothered me, so I decided to return it to my local Target for size small. The small fits me perfectly! If you’re normally a medium I would suggest you size down. The skort isn’t high-waisted but it goes over my belly button, I’m 5’2. It’s a cute skort and I can’t wait to wear it out!

I’m usually a Large or XL in this brand but the Large I bought first was about an inch too loose on my waist. There isn’t an elastic waistband so that could have contributed to its bagger fit. I went down to a Medium and when I held it up next to the Large and it seemed like a big size difference. Large: 17.25” flat unstretched, Medium: 15.25” flat unstretched.

The style is cute, but the material is very thin and nearly see-through in the shorts underneath. The fit is also a little off for my hourglass body type. The back gapped and hung, but the rest fit comfortably, so I don’t think sizing down would solve. I’m 5’3” and I don’t feel like the skirt hit at flattering length either.

For reference I am 5’0” & midsize, I typically wear a size 12-14/large in bottoms Pattern & Visual Comparison: I purchased this skort in both Navy Blue and Blue Gingham for versatility. The solid Navy Blue is a deep, classic shade that looks incredibly sleek and behaves as a perfect neutral. In contrast, the Blue Gingham pattern adds a fun, crisp, and summery aesthetic. Both prints are high-quality and hold their pattern structure beautifully without distorting or looking stretched out when worn. Design & Construction: This skort features a unique three-layer design: a base short (with deep pockets on both sides), a skort overlay, and a final wrap portion that can be tied to your preferred draped look. The fabric is incredibly lightweight but not see through and flows nicely off the body to create subtle movement. The fabric kind of reminds me of swimsuit material. It transitions perfectly from running errands to a dressed-up casual look. Fit, Coverage, & Camouflage: As someone who is 5’0” with a booty, the back coverage is long enough that I don’t have to worry about revealing anything while bending over! I typically wear a large and it fit true to size. It sits as a true mid-rise, but the wrap portion can give the visual illusion of a high-rise fit which I prefer and appreciated. The wrap style is highly flattering and helps camouflage my apron belly. Note that the inner shorts have a front seam, which could create a camel-toe effect for some, though the outer wrap overlay fully hides this from view. Support & Performance: The fabric offers light compression. Personally, I prefer a bit more support for my lower tummy area, so I paired it with compressive underwear underneath to feel more secure. The inner shorts are equipped with raised, lined grips on the inside thigh to prevent riding up. Because I have thicker thighs, the raised grips are slightly noticeable during movement, and I still experienced a slight rolling up of the shorts despite the reinforcement.

so cute, but fits more low waisted than the picture shows. it was way below my belly button. so sad, I'll have to return it. the tie also gives the idea of adjustable, but it is not.

Love this so much! Super flattering and comfortable. I’m between size M and L and went with a large and happy with it.
