Size up honestly. I wear a medium at time can wear a small if I want a form fitting/tight fit but after reading reviews I ended up buying large in case the other reviews were true (I didn’t want a tight fit for this) . Good thing I did because it fits like a medium (sleeve length and body!) The material is soft, embroidered stitching and overall a great zip up.
