How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Perfect summer dress

I’m 5’2” and this dress fits more like a maxi. I agree with other reviews that this is small in the chest area and slim thru the midriff and hip area. I’m very petite and find the XS fits my 32a bust like it was made for me ! I do find the shoulder straps ti be too long which I will sew a tuck. I haven’t washed it yet but find the fabric to be a nice quality and the workmanship to be nicer than usual especially the detail of adding a hook and eye. I bought the pink stripe which is more of a bone white which ma tech the coloring of the buttons. I only unbuttons a few buttons at the top and pulled it over head to try it on

Ahem target - more of this please. Wish I'd seen this style sooner! the perfectly placed striped pattern placement (symmetrical!), pockets, real buttoning buttons, extra hook at the chest for modesty... the cut and style of this dress is perfect for my shape and I NEED it in another color. if it matters - 5'8" 34b muscular size 10 and hips that refuse quitting.

Only size available XS, which does fit, except for tighter than desired waist & lower than desired neckline. Buttons are puckered, similar to model pictured…Small would be longer & lower neckline, so will stay with the XS, my usual size (4-6 for 5’5” long torso 35” chest/28” waist). Hoping pink will work for Sept in Paris…

It’s a really cute dress but it runs small. I’m 5’5” 125 lbs and modest bust. I ordered a Small (like I always do) but this dress runs very small in the waist & bust. I really need a Medium but they are sold out, so I’ll make it work. If you’re a C, D or DD bust beware. I should have paid more attention to the reviews even though I measured and it recommended a size small 4-6.

Great linen dress. Feels a little heavy due to all the fabric but not so heavy where it's hot. Pink color is lovely. I'm normally a 4 in most clothes and 32c - got a small. It's snug but buttons aren't pulling anywhere. Buttons are functional - I would possibly consider trying a medium for a looser fit, but I'm happy with the small. Just need to undo buttons to take it off. Cute for summer

I was a little skeptical based on other reviews but I am in love! I usually wear a size small or medium and went with small on this one - fits perfect. For reference I'm 5'9 140lbs. It is very tight in the busy area and sizing up doesn’t really work because then you lose the fit around the waist and the skirt area is too big. Flattering dress

Against my better judgement I listened to the reviews and sized up from my usual small to a medium and it’s too big. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this dress looked stunning on my daughter. I have the construction of it around the waist area as well as the wide band at the bottom. The buttons are just the right color to coordinate with light denim work of the fabric. My daughter is wearing the size small. This dress does have pockets, which I absolutely love.
