Q: The lights don’t seem to work after sitting out in the sun. Is there something that needs to be done first so they do? Is there a tab to remove to activate it?

  • A: There actually is a pull tab to remove to make them light up. I had to remove the inside screws to be able to do this. They now work after being in the sun!

Dont return these - they can be fixed!

I see a lot of customers are having issues with these. The problem is the activation pull tab not removing completely. Remove the 3 screws, take out the battery and any remaining pull tab. Doing this fixed all of mine. Very pretty lights but removing 2 stars because for $12 each I should have the extra labor. But really only takes a few minutes to fix each light and a Phillips head screwdriver.

Please Try this Step1. Keep the palm dry and fully hold the lens. Rotate the lens according to the "OPEN" direction indicated by the arrow of the lamp body. Step2. Through the protruding position on the edge of the lens, you can take out upwards.

Took some work to figure out hiw to make it work.

Lack of directions was a problem. You have to unscrew the top to remove the tab, then it will work. Target product answers were WRONG.

Relocate the ficture or eliminate other light sources (Eg:- Streetlights, Porch lights, Other Solar Lights, etc).Try swapping the batteries from the working lights to the non-working lights (you can use regular batteries just to check if the lights come on).

I was impressed!

I have a tough time spending much money on solar lights because I’m often disappointed. I decided to treat myself and splurge for $12 each I only got three and kind of felt like it was a bad decision. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I love how bright they are and make my little front yard so cheerful.

Cute but flawed

I have now purchased 14 of these trying to find 8 that work. I have 7 that work now so will make another trip tomorrow to do a return and buy more hoping one works. They have nice light and they are cute and seem sturdy but there is a white tag inside that needs to be fairly aggressively pulled on to engage the battery and I think that action might be causing damage inside somehow. Not a great design.

Cute but ridiculously priced

These are super cute and I love the look but $1/ for ONE?! They’re not even very big so if you wanted to get enough to actually line a walkway it would cost hundreds and at that rate you could get nicer ones that aren’t plastic. 🤷🏽‍♀️
