Don't Buy!!
I bought this due to the great reviews. My Dyson lasted about 5 years and I thought that this would be a good option for the price. After 7 days and only vacuuming 3 bedrooms, the suction motor failed.

Excellent vacuum
Recently purchased this vacuum to replace the third attempt at using a cordless. With 2 goldens none of the cordless worked for us for numerous reasons. After looking around decided to give this a chance...so glad we did. It is unbelievable how much hair and dust it picks up. It is not heavy and the lift off feature makes it very easy to do stairs and vacuum fan blades and I really don't mind the cord...because of the power of this vacuum and it is not loud...dogs don't mind it running. It picks up kibble and leaves that the dogs drag in on their paws...no problem instead of just pushing it around like the cordless did. Also...emptying this one is a lot easier than our last cordless...no having to stick fingers in to pull hair out. And even the hoses and attachments are easy to check for clogs ( again something that was almost impossible in last cordless) It has only been 3 weeks so hopefully brush itself holds up to dog hir...but so far...cannot say enough good things....highly recommended.

Motor Out In Under 7 Months
I bought the BISSELL Clean View Max on Oct 10, 2025. The motor stopped working today, June 22, 2026. Not even 7 months of use, and I only have two small carpets.

Happy, my house feels cleaner
Love this vacuum. I was both happy and disgusted by the amount of fur this vacuum picked up from my area rug. After I had vacummed yesterday with the other one. I have always used Bissell, until my son broke mine. He then replaced it with another top brand. Never again. I am sticking with Bissell. I cannot express how happy I am about this vacuum. I feel like my carpets are cleaner, disgusted at what came off them. Easy to use, less noise.

THIS VACUUM SUCKS ....TERRIBLE
This vacuum has every option you want in a vacuum except for the most important one....suction. This was a $199 vacuum I bought on sale for $149. Let my wife talk me into it . I am a die hard Shark fan. Guess who is getting another shark on Marketplace for $30. This guy. This thing couldnt pass the penny test . Had to go over everything twice. Return city. Dont waste your time. Anyone saying this thing has power has never owned a real vacuum before.

Nearly a year and still going strong!
I purchased this in July nearly a year ago. It’s still working well. My only complaint is that even on low pile carpeting, it isn’t the best even after a few passes. I feel like it had a manually adjustable carpet setting it could do a better job, but it’s automatic. Otherwise, this thing still works great. Lightweight, easy to maneuver, gets pet hair up very well, and while I rarely use the lift off feature, it is handy the few times I have. I traded in a dyson for this one and it is functionally better by far. The suction could be a little stronger but overall this thing rocks!

I’ve had this for less than two months, and the first time I emptied the canister it lost suction. Now it won’t turn on at all. I took it apart, no clogs. Cleaned the filters, nothing. I’m returning it as we speak.

The vacuum started out great! It has nice suction, and it cleans lots of surfaces. Unfortunately (coincidentally) right after the return window expired it suddenly starts malfunctioning. The suction does not work. Instead, now the vacuum will “inhale” debris in the front as normal, then blow it right back out the back. How ridiculous. So now cleaning is virtually impossible and the vacuum is useless.

Doesn’t work on long shag rugs Couldn’t find setting for rug length My dirt devil died and shot crap all over my floor. I bought this and was easy to assemble but roller kept stopping on my long shag throw rug. Seemed like it picked up decent amount of crap. Thought might be good for three dogs but just want my Dyson back.

I would never purchase this or any Bissell product. It consistently breaks disengaging me rotating brush to a complete stop. must turn it over and reconnect. It is junk at the curb, don't waste your money!!

I will give this vacuum a solid 4.5/5! I’ve had it for about a month now and love the difference I see between it and our previous vacuum (a Dyson) this vacuum picks up EVERYTHING. My carpet has never quite been cleaned like this before. It is quite easy to handle and move around, definitely has a solid weight to it but I have had Any issues with it. Slightly quieter than other vacuums I’ve had before so I’m a big fan of that! The only part I’m not loving is the upholstery attachment, I feel like it could be a bit better and more easy to maneuver, but it still works alright!
