Effective wax removal
This truly worked! After swimming, I had difficulty removing water from one ear. After more than a day of trying to remove the water, I tried this product on day 2. I suspect wax had trapped the water. A lot of wax was removed after letting the product sit for 10 minutes, then flushing several times with water with the included bulb syringe until no more wax flushed out. I can hear normally again!

TRULY WORKS!! My ear was so clogged I could barely hear, I bought this in hopes that it would help.. it sure did!! Put about 7 drops in (recommended 5-10) laid down, clogged ear facing up for about 15 mins then used the applicator thing to rinse it out with warm water. A bunch of softened earwax came out. Just how this earwax aid was supposed to work! If it’s truly an earwax clog then this should work for you! If it doesn’t after a few applications and attempts it’s probably something else and you should be seen by a medical professional.

Earwax removal
After several days with my ear plugged I applied 4 drops in my ear and it began to feel much better it does not irritate and its effect in my opinion is super fast when you apply it you feel a bubbly sensation and a little tingling but nothing annoying I think it is very good for its price my ear feels free

These ear drops were easy to apply and really effective. My ear was bothering me for a day and once I got these and followed the directions, they provided the relief I needed. There was some initial discomfort, as there is with any object or liquid that inserts your ear, but was completely tolerable. Would use again and have recommend to family.

Worked very well
Worked very well. I had some wax pushed too deeply into my ear that a cotton bud couldn't shift -- was practically deaf in that ear. Put a few squirts of this stuff in and left it there for just over 5 mins. I heard lots of foaming and fizzing while I waited. Flushed my ear with the bulb (don't wait 4 days -- just do it after each application), and I think I saw somthing come out, but regardless, within minutes my ear was clear again and full hearing was restored. I had tried an ear wax removal camera thingy beforehand, but that didn't work -- unlike this, which did! May take longer or not be effective on impacted wax. Golden rule: go easy with earbuds, then it probably won't become impacted. When it lodges, use this.

Pay attention to the instructions!
It works, but don’t use too many drops. An ENT specialist told me it should be used as 1 drop per day. Because my ear felt very blocked, I followed the instructions on the package and used 8 drops, and my ear became even more clogged. The next day I used only 2 drops. The following day I used 2 drops again, but there was no improvement at all. So I stopped using it. After 7 days, the earwax came out softened, and I didn’t need to go get it cleaned. The product really works, but it shouldn’t be used exactly as written in the instructions—apparently, 1–2 drops per day is enough.

My son can hear again!
My teenage son could barely hear out of his left ear. I planned to make him an appointment to get it looked at, but wanted to try to get him some faster relief if possible. I bought this stuff today, and it worked amazingly. I put in 10 drops and we let it sit for about 20 minutes. Then I flushed his ear out with the bulb and warm water about 6 times. At first the water was just coming back out slightly discolored, but then we hit the jackpot and a huge piece of wax came out. It was extremely soft, thanks to the drops. Some smaller pieces flushed out, as well. I did have to make sure his head was tipped back at just the right angle for the water to get out of the bulb and into his ear enough for it to actually flush out the ear, and you can’t give up after the first few flushes. My son was SO happy when he could finally hear again. Now he hears better in the left ear than the right, so tomorrow we’re going to try it on his right ear.

Great product. My advice when using this is to flush your ear after you let the ear drop settle for about 10 minutes. I think I put about 15 drops only because I had so much build up. But I can honestly rate this 5 stars because I can hear again clearly out of my ear.

Excellent Helper for ear cleaning 🧹
I have been using it for a few weeks now 🙂. The solution is easy to apply, doesn't irritate the skin, and really helps soften earwax. After use my ears feel light and clean, without any discomfort. Be Patient!
You have to be patient! Had my ears clogged for months to the point where I had to go to urgent care because I thought I had something serious going on. PA recommended this and after 3 days of use I was able to get all the wax out. Notes: I only used the solution the first & second day, it made me ears feel more clogged. However the third day I let the solution sit in my ear for about 30 minutes and used the irrigator (with warm water) and all the wax came out. You might feel dizzy afterwards from your brain & ears needing to recalibrate. I also used a blow dryer to make sure all the water was out. But bottom line, I can finally hear again! And let this be your sign to stop using q tips in your ears.

This Product Works!
Just squeeze some in the ear canal, let it sit for a while and use the little bulb filled with warm water to swish the product out of the canal. Word of Caution - stay in the bathroom while you've got your head off to the side. Drip this anywhere and it stains.

Do not purchase.
I really wanted to believe this product was safe and effective, but it cause an infection in one of my ears after only the 2nd day of use. I’ve never experienced this kind of pain before. Please just have your primary care doctor take care of any earwax concerns. It’s 2am and I guarantee this stuff isn’t worth this level of pain and discomfort.

The drops work
The drops worked great at dissolving wax. The bulb syringe not so much. It’s tiny and only works well during the flushing process. So you will have left over water in your ear you’ll need to shake out.
