When using this product

When using this product : the growth rate of some children may be slower,stinging or sneezing may occur for a few seconds right after use,do not share this bottle with anyone else as this may spread germs,remember to tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including this one.

Stop use and ask a doctor if : you have, or come into contact with someone who has, chicken pox, measles or tuberculosis,your symptoms do not get better within 7 days of starting use or you get new symptoms such as severe facial pain or thick nasal discharge. You may have something more than allergies, such as an infection,you get a constant whistling sound from your nose. This may be a sign of damage inside your nose,you get an allergic reaction to this product. Seek medical help right away,you get new changes to your vision that develop after starting this product,you have severe or frequent nosebleeds.

Directions

Read the quick start guide for how to: prime the bottle. Use the spray. Clean the spray nozzle. Shake gently before each use. Use this product only once a day. Do not use more than directed. Important - Peel here for complete Drug Facts label. Be sure to read the Quick Start Guide and Questions & Answer Leaflet inside package.

Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older:

Week 1 - use 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. Week 2 through 6 months - use 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril once daily, as needed to treat your symptoms. After 6 months of daily use - ask your doctor if you can keep using.

Children 4 to 11 Years of Age:

The growth of some children may be slower while using this product. Children should use for the shortest amount of time necessary to achieve symptom relief. Talk to your child's doctor if your child needs to use the spray for longer than two months a year. an adult should supervise use. Use 1 spray in each nostril once daily.

Children Under 4 Years of Age:

Do not use.

Children 4-11:

Do not use for more than 2 month a year.

You may start to feel relief the first day an full effect after several days of regular, once-a-day use. Store between 4 degrees and 30 degrees C (39 degrees and 86 degrees F). keep this label and enclosed materials. They contain important additional information.

  • A: You might notice slight effects "immediately", but full effectiveness takes a few days. It is meant for seasonal use, not for acute or occasional exposure. Please go to the Flonase website to educate yourself. It works well but it's designed for persistent allergies and long-term treatment.

  • A: Hey, Google! From the label: The recommended starting dosage in adults is 2 sprays (50 mcg of fluticasone propionate each) in each nostril once daily (total daily dose, 200 mcg). The same total daily dose, 1 spray in each nostril administered twice daily (e.g., 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.) is also effective. After the first few days, patients may be able to reduce their dose to 1 spray in each nostril once daily for maintenance therapy. Maximum total daily doses should not exceed 2 sprays in each nostril (total dose, 200 mcg/day). There is no evidence that exceeding the recommended dose is more effective.

  • A: Flonase used to be a prescription, but now you can buy it over the counter. You can buy them in amount of sprays, and, of course, the higher the sprays, the more money it cost. Unfortunately, my Doctor is wrong in prescribing Flonase to me, for I do not have allergies. My ears have been clogged up for 7 years now and I've learned to live with it after seeing every Dr. there is. Start out by getting the least (60) sprays, which cost about $15.99. Good luck!

    Very poor delivery

    The bottle said 90 sprays, I was lucky if I even got a full 5 sprays. For the price, I would have been better off just buying a package of tissues to throw away. Never again.

    Expired medicine

    But this on May 6, 2026 got it at home opened it up and behold they sold me one that expires May 2026. This was a drive up Pic pick up so it was there employee that didn’t check the expiration. I tried to return it as it drives up since I’m on a walker and oxygen and they don’t let you do that and you have to go in the store. Very inconvenient. Unfortunate they don’t check things such as expiration dates

I love that this product doesn’t burn when you inhale it and that it doesn’t make my nose run for a long time after using it. This nasal relief spray truly helped relieve my nasal symptoms from my allergies. I was able to breathe more clearly and I wasn’t constantly having a runny nose to deal with. The taste of this product was pleasant and it absorbed fairly quickly. The dosage of this product worked perfectly for me. I have not been officially diagnosed with allergies but I do suffer from all the usual allergy symptoms during allergy seasons. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with allergies who gets nasal symptoms because it truly helps to relieve them quickly and without causing any irritation or uncomfortability.

    I have been using Flonase Allergy Relief for years and this is my all time favorite remedy for allergies. It works great on me and my whole family. Just one spray a day keeps my symptoms under control for the whole day. It really helps with allergies relief and congestion .     Flonase nasal spray is so helpful. I've had sinus problems for basically ever. Every time I get sick, I use Flonase immediately. I use 2 sprays in each nostril at night time, pointing the spray (while inside my nostril) outwards toward my ear. Flonase is my go to always!
