SO difficult, falls apart
I’ve been building Lego sets for years and this is genuinely one of the most frustrating sets I’ve ever attempted. It’s super unstable and falls apart extremely easily. I’ve had to completely rebuild the whole thing three times now and I still can’t seem to get it to stay without breaking. Please help!

these first Pokemon sets were initially disappointing but now knowing all of the new Pokemon sets are just low quality slop makes it even more sad that there is no enjoyment to found in something that was initially very exiting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego set has to be one of the most relaxing ones yet it's durability when built in very good it feels like it unstable but it is actually very stable (I have 2 kids that love Lego and to touch it after and it's still standing ) the design is perfect matches Pikachu to it exact design from his round cheeks to his spiky tail ( added bonus it also comes with the femal tail so you can decide if you would like you Pikachu to be girl or boy !! ) and then an either special little treat on the base board it has the number 25 in to represent their 25 year anniversary with the Pokémon collaboration! As a family of 4 we had so much fun doing this little project ! I also recommend downloading the Lego app as if you scan the qr code it gives you a visual 360 3d version guide on how to build you price and also saves your progress so you can go back , also the book for those who prefer the book guide to building and you collect points towards money of Lego every time you scan a set ! Definitely worth the buy and perfect for family time

Love the build - 7yr old has a question
Bought my two sons (aged 7 and 8) a Pikachu each. They absolutely loved the build! At times, we felt it was a little flimsy—for example, the foot is only attached by two pieces and you have to balance Pikachu just right to get him to stand. However, all in all, we are very happy with it. My son does have a question for Lego: "Why does the Lego Pikachu have a brain, but not a heart?"

This set... like WOW!
So I was reading the reviews to see if I should buy this set and , half of the reviews said it fell apart if you look at it the wrong way (Well not really but that's the jest of it). So I had to buy the set to see if these reviews were valid or just trolls, (They were trolls) and I'm so glad that did cues' this set is AMAZING!!! I love it so much, the only down side is that it took me 7 hours to build but I think that's just me, anyways the build is really well made and, only a few joints were loose meanly the foot. The head is so cute and its my favorite part.

The Pikachu and Poke ball design looks adorable and the instructions were easy to follow. My whole family joined in while building it and we had such a lovely time together. I also like this is a great activity for reducing phone and screen time because everyone became focused on building and spending quality time together instead of using devices. The pieces fit together perfectly and the final result looks fantastic on display. I would definitely recommend this set to Pokemon and LEGO fans of all ages. Pikachu looks super cute once finished and it makes such a nice decoration for my son room. The build was relaxing and enjoyable without being boring . The instructions are clear and easy to read. A big but rewarding build!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2050 piece Lego Pikachu with Pokeball Lego set is a big but rewarding build. Well packaged in its large colourful and detailed box, it is presented very well. The pieces are separated into seperate bags means each part of the build is easy to assemble following the thorough instruction manual with well detailed photograph/illustrations. This took my kids and myself about 12hrs to complete in all over a 3 day period but it was enjoyable and exciting for the kids to see the item come together, taking shape and life in the the form of pikachu! The item once constructed is heavy, however you do have to be gentle as some of the pieces are fragile and will easily come off. Once completed and mounted onto the stand the item appears structurally sound however this is a piece which is for display not for play so any moving of the piece needs to be done carefully so avoid any damage or breaking of the item. Overall great build which was enjoyable all around and looks great sitting on display.

If your set seems like it's not very sturdy, the best thing to do is double-check your build. Sometimes there may be a piece just a little off from where it should be.
