Your entire digital library is tied to your Meta account, not the physical headset. To access your games automatically, please follow these steps: Step 1: Use the Exact Same Account - Turn on your new Meta Quest 3 headset. - Log in using the exact same Meta account email and password that you currently use on your Quest 2.     Account suspended unless you share your banking info

    I’m leaving this review everywhere I can about this device. Be warned, they will suspend your use of the device and you will not be able to get it back. Three months ago I started receiving emails that I needed to confirm my age. I purchased this device, I purchased the apps, I am 47 years old, my children and I all use this device. I began receiving a request to validate my age by sending in a photocopy of my license. I did this several times and it was not accepted. The only other option they are giving me to validate my age is to send them my banking or credit card information to do a transaction that they will then reverse to prove my age. Essentially, they have suspended my account and the only way I can get it back is to send them my banking or credit card information. So despite purchasing this device for $500 and about $150 worth of apps, I am unable to use it at all at this point. I have spent a total of about 10 hours on chats and back-and-forth emails with the Customer Service. I have done everything that they have asked me to do, including screenshots of all the errors, aside from giving them my banking or credit card information. So beware if you purchase this device and apps, your account may be suspended and you will need to share with Meta your credit card or banking information to continue using it.

    Absolutely ridiculous bought Nov 21st for Christmas gift - and when our son opened it after Christmas at our gathering - it was telling him to reset - Some Sofia was was logged in profilealreqdy and had smudges on controller and clear tabs were missing - you pay this kind of money it should NOT be used or lookas if a rtn item. Extremely disappointing!!!

    Glorified paperweight

    Can’t add a payment method so I can’t purchase anything. Tried 3 different cards on PC, headset, app, and mobile desktop. Everything says unable to add payment method. Can’t use the 3 month free trial of horizon+ it supposedly comes with for the same reason. The “support team” is as useless as the headset. Absolute junk. 500$ headset that may as well be a paperweight because it just sits around.

    Worst purchase ever!

    This is not worth it. I will be returning the 2nd VR I purchased less than a month ago. It has so many glitches and stayed stuck on a black screen. meta quest needs to fix this problem! It’s so expensive for it to be crashing I only had it for 15 days.

We also have some troubleshooting steps for you. Please follow the below steps: - Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.) - Hard Reboot the headset: - Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound - If the boot-up sound is not heard: - Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. - Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button. - Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button. If this doesn't solve your issue, please contact our wonderful Meta Store Support. We will be happy to help you.

    Really great VR headset

    A huge step up from the Quest 2 and a lot of fun to play at the park or in a gym at a recreation center. Walkabout Mini Golf and Eleven Table Tennis are my favorite games.

    The Meta Quest 3 is leaps and bounds beyond the Quest 2. The resolution is much clearer, the field of vision wider, and the AR component really enhances gaming. It's so much lighter than the 2 way making it easier to use it for exercise. I absolutely love the Quest 3!

    Can be expensive with more memory but worth it

    With she latest update, it is a good product. Would like more options for controllers to “stick” to the hands. They can get slippery when working out. Just bear in mind the “moderate” to “intense” ratings for games are not for people that get motion sick.
