Dislike: Meta. Why: Upon returning 2 meta quest VR at target, guest services explained that they could not provide ANY FORM OF REFUND due to the devices having a different serial # than that of the box. Solution: Lukaz (I'm sorry of I misspelled your name) made a call to Meta explained the situation and and after some time, he was able to provide the appropriate refund. Thank you, Lukaz for willing to take that extra step to make that call right away. When something isn't right, it just isn't ok to send off a customer like that. I'm already not a fan of Meta, and manufacturing their products in a way that will affect customer service with valid refunds, enforced how I feel. PS. Thank you for the $10 Target gc for the inconvenience, despite it not being on Target.

Read this if youre new to Meta!
The meta vr glasses themselves were good and there was no issue with them physically- the problem is the 3 month free trial promo which is no fault of Target. We’ve never used Meta so this is foreign to me and it never explains the promo so we didn’t get the promo and it’s basically impossible to get a live person to help at Meta and it’s so frustrating! When you set it up, set it up as an adult first. I didn’t know this & I’m not gonna use the thing so I just made a child profile and that just messed everything up.

I ordered VR for my grandson and Shipt never came with the items and Target nor Shipping company never tried to take accountability at all… Worst ever!!! Now I have to wait 5 days to get a refund !!! No resolution whatsoever!!! Driver never called nor texted !!! I get a email stating they could not deliver my items but I got a text stating they had the order and was delivering it … And no one could Reissue order!!! Informed them to ask driver to show them where she tried to call or text !!! Nothing and no one holding driver accountable!!!! Trouble customer service!!! Never will Go back again !!!
