Guests are saying
The lotion has garnered mixed feedback from guests, with many praising its rich, creamy texture and effective hydration, while others express disappointment over a recent formula change that has made it thinner and less moisturizing. Guests appreciate its lightweight feel and the fact that it absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue. However, concerns about the packaging and pump design, which often leaves a significant amount of product inaccessible, have been a common theme in the reviews.

Soft not greasy
It makes my skin real soft and doesn't feel greasy. I also appreciate it has no fragrance. Please don't stop making it!

Used to be bigger
$16 for lotion is insanity. Also this used to be way bigger and cheaper. So how does it make any sense to cut the size and increase the price.

Pump doesnt work
I have super sensitive skin and this lotion is amazing! I’ve been using it for about a year now. But the pump is awful!! I use roughly one bottle a month and the last 3 bottles the pump does not work. At all. I can not get the pump to pop up no matter how much I twist or pull. Extremely frustrating considering the price. This is 3 bottles, so it’s clearly a manufacturing issue.

Love, but not the bottle!
This is the most creamy lotion at this price! Unscented from what I can tell. So moisturizing! BUT! I have to cut the bottlle in half to get the last two inches or so of product. I really think this stuff is thick enough to sell in a jar.

Best lotion I've ever used!
This lotion is absolutely the best I’ve ever used! And clean ingredients which I love. It sinks in right away, is lightweight and non greasy, but yet so moisturizing. Unscented which is great. I can even feel my skin is slippery the next evening when I take a shower. I will never stop buying this lotion! :)

A skin care staple!
Rich, nourishing, and absorbs well without feeling greasy. It’s unscented, which is a big plus. My skin feels so good! I apply this after every shower and even my elbows are soft as can be.

Luxury
I LOVE this body lotion. It is luxurious! It soaks in your skin and leaves it super soft and moisturized the next day. I apply every night after I shower. Smell is nice and it's not greasy. I've used expensive products before this and this is a nice switch. We will see how it works out over time. But I am in LOVE.

Super Hydrating
I have used this body lotion for about a week now and let me tell you…amazing!!! It has made my dry, itchy skin hydrated and soft! For reference I am 54 and going through that wonderful midlife change which has wreaked havoc on my skin. The reason for only 4 stars is because the pump doesn’t work so I have to open the bottle everytime I use it. Kind of a drag.

New Formula is a NO
The new formula is awful. It feels like watered down lotion and it smells so bad. The old one used to be my holy grail and now I’m so sad I have to find a new one.

New Formulation....so bad
Much like other reviews….used to LOVE THIS. The new formula is thin/runny and not nearly as moisturizing. So disappointing!

FORMULA CHANGED 👎
like the many reviews on here.. they changed the formula and now it is much less hydrating and does not leave than glossy glow to your skin that the old formula did. the old formula left a glossy flinish to your skin but still dried down. similar to keihls lotion.

Changed formula, very drying
They changed the formula. This lotion dries my skin out now and it is more watery than before. I’ll be looking for a new lotion product.

Packaging design flaw—significant product waste
Naturium body lotion has a significant usability flaw: the product stops functioning effectively long before it is finished. Approximately one third of the product remains but cannot be accessed through the pump or normal dispensing method. This creates a practical and hygienic problem. I have inverse psoriasis, which makes consistent moisturising medically necessary, but also requires strict hygiene due to sweat-prone and intertriginous areas that are vulnerable to irritation and infection. Because of this, I cannot safely reuse product that has been contaminated through contact with skin during application. It is also impractical and environmentally irresponsible to use over 20 gloves per moisturising session when using my hands for scoops. When the pump no longer reaches the remaining lotion, the only options are unscrewing the bottle and manually retrieving product, or inverting and tapping it out onto the hand or surface. Both methods are unhygienic due to repeated skin contact and cross-contamination risks across affected areas. Reaching the product directly is impossible without a specialised tool capable of scooping through a narrow opening down to the bottom of the container, which is not a feasible or reasonable requirement for normal use. Tapping is also ineffective in practice, as the product often does not move, or repeated force can cause hand discomfort or injury. I have accumulated hundreds of bottles because of this condition—either nearly full but inaccessible at the end stage, cut open and dried out even with attempts to preserve them with wrapping, or repeatedly skimmed at the pump to extract whatever remaining product is accessible. In most bottles, I have resorted to cutting them open to access remaining product, but this is not a safe or sustainable workaround: it introduces risks of physical injury from sharp plastic edges or tools, as well as contamination risk due to exposure of the product to the environment. I do not have unlimited sterile tools such as metal spatulas to safely extract product without contact. If this kind of intervention is implicitly required to fully use the product, it should be clearly indicated on the packaging, as it materially affects usability and safety expectations. The result is consistent product waste over time—each bottle discarded despite still containing usable product. Over time, this becomes a significant financial burden and feels structurally built into the packaging design rather than incidental loss. It does not matter how good a formula is if the packaging prevents it from being fully used. There has long been packaging innovation in skincare that solves this issue, yet it remains unaddressed here in a way that shifts loss onto the consumer. Given how widely used this product is in skincare routines, this is a long-standing design issue that could be addressed through packaging improvements that allow full allocation of product, rather than leaving a substantial unusable remainder. I will not be able to continue purchasing this product. A good product is undermined by the cumulative financial loss from unusable remaining product.

Needs a New Top to open properly.
The top portion did not work so I had to return product.
