Thumbs up for Vertuo Up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Up is our 7th Nespresso machine, none have needed repair, they’re just spread among two houses, family and friends -and one designated for travel. The Vertuo Up is the most ergonomic design ( a large version of our travel) and we’re very happy with the ergo handle, low profile and reduced noise/vibration.

Expresso Martini Heaven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats up in seconds and makes delicious frothy coffees. I especially like the Dolce Expresso pods for making the best tasting expresso martini's possible. Simply let it cool off a minute then pour into an ice filled shaker (with 2 parts vodka and 1 part Kahlua) and shake vigorously for 10 or more seconds.

Love It
I’ve now had my Nespresso machine for about a month and I like it very much. It is my first Nespresso and a replacement for a Keurig machine. The coffee has a superior taste and I love that the pods can be recycled easily.

Coffee capsules

Works great, messy pod tray from pervious versions
After many years, our old Nespresso died and we replaced with the Vertuo Up. Works great, though the bucket for used pods is not as clean as before, requires cleaning more often as it seems to collect more liquid than the old version we had. We've found that putting a piece of folded paper towel in bottom of the tray helps keep it from getting messy.

The one hander
I've had my new Up for about a month. I am very pleased with the ease of operation. I was having trouble with the locking lever on my old Next due to age of the machine and an injury to my thumb that made it difficult to close the lid, The Up is true one hand operation. The moveable water tank is a nice feature but I am concerned picking up the machine with a full tank may damage the pivot

I’m disappointed with this machine. The biggest problem is that the coffee is not hot enough, and It is a bit harder to navigate the features. I used to have a vertuo next with a simple push button Start, and it was very easy to access all the features. The drip tray gets quite full after a couple of uses, and must be dumped and cleaned.

Great machine
So far I love it I was hesitant after reading reviews of how water overflows in the capsule compartment bin and it gets messy. After using it for the first time I was expecting a bunch of water in it but there was barely anything but a little bit of coffee water. Makes great coffee just like my original vertuo machine that I still love and use. Very versatile machine and looks great on the counter. I love the vertuo up so far.

Desapointed
No one told me I need wifi of 2.4 G only to work I only have 5G, the back for the puck is very small and a lot of water gets in there and gets a lot more dirty than my previous machine. No free coffee in the box!

Sleek but sloppy & messy cleanups
It looks great as it’s more sleek and takes up less space. The opening mechanism/lever is a bit flimsy and would prefer a more solid feel to it. The container that holds the dispensed pods is now inside the machine which hides the pods but it gets really sloppy and messy. Its smaller stature requires emptying more often than our previous model. There was a trade-off here of functionality for sleekness.

Returned It!
I do not like the design of the used capsule container, because it gets full of water, coffee and mold. The machine is loud too. I returned it and I’m glad I kept my old machine, the VertuoPlus Deluxe.

Big Problems
This is my third Nespresso machine. I am an avid fan of the coffee. But this machine has been a hassle since I bought it less than 2 weeks ago. I STILL cannot get it to make coffee w/o pressing the button, pressing the button again and again. What's the deal? I am an elderly lady and love my morning coffee. This is about to put me over the edge. Of course it will not pair with my phone app and I have a I Phone 17. I may need to return and go to what I had before.

UP Machine -???
I have had many different Nespresso coffee makers thru the years ,but not sure about UP. the 1st UP machine i purchased did not work out of the box had to return it. i just received my new UP machine . It feels and looks very cheapy . The drawer where the used pods go makes a mess ,not sure why the used pods are swimming in coffee water and i have been trying to set up the Bluetooth connection but i cannot get it to link -come on Nespresso you can do better

Functions great but pod tray molds quickly
We've had this machine for about 3 months and it has been great in every regard except the capsule tray. The new design of the sideways loaded pods allows tons of water to get into the pod drop tray. With all the extra water it molds very quickly. This requires you to empty and clean the pod catcher tray after every coffee. I would give 5 stars if this design flaw gets fixed. I gave it 4 stars because it is overall functionally better than the Vertuo Next. We love the ability to compress a larger coffee into an espresso, well done with that feature.
