Newair® Countertop Nugget Ice Maker in Matte Black or Stainless Steel, 26 lbs/Day

Purchased July 2025. Operated with no issues. January 2026 suddenly stopped working. Was not producing ice. Followed trouble shooting instructions without resolution. Worthless. Do not recommend.

I am on the 3rd icemaker from Newair, first one quit within a year, I purchased a replacement because I needed one quick. The black plastic piece broke that ice comes out of. That unit lasted almost exactly 12 months (warranty). Newair sent me a replacement, that one broke at 15 months. Same part, which they don’t have. They offered a 40% discount. Do not waste your money, get a reliable brand from a company who backs up their product.

I love it! The only con to this little gadget of crunchy perfect ice is that it's noisy when it makes ice.

Take about 20 minutes to get a decent amount of ice for a cup. It doesn't make nugget ice, more like ice chips. Which isn't bad but not what I wanted. Overall it a good product

We have a conversion van and missed having ice available. This ice maker is small and makes a ton of ice! We can run it off of our solar panel while camping. It is pretty prefect for our needs.

I have to say, I absolutely love this ice maker for several reasons. The ice it produces is crystal clear, and the machine works really quickly, churning out ice every 10 minutes. I appreciate the simple design and how easy it is to use. Before I knew it, we had a good supply of clean ice, making it perfect for parties and holiday gatherings. Plus, the price is very reasonable. We're really happy with this ice maker-it's great to just walk away and come back to find a fresh batch of ice waiting for your drinks!

This ice maker is so amazing! It makes ice super fast and it's always perfect and crunchy! I love that I don't have to use those freezer burnt ice trays anymore. I love the sleek look of it!

There are only the two of us but we both enjoy the nugget size ice and are always wanting something to drink. Here is South Carolina I cannot go anywhere without a glass of something cold in my hand. It is compact enough that it fits nicely on our kitchen counter. The only drawback to this model is the amount of noise it makes when its running. We have an open floor plan and although the icemaker is not real noisy, it is obvious if we are in the family room when the icemaker is running.

I absolutely in love with this machine! Is perfect for every Moment and also is so fast when it makes the ice! It's more than perfect!

I have been wanting a good solid nugget ice maker that works well and is a great one for using with water, soda, etc and I found it! This is an awesome nugget ice maker and is mine and my kids favorite thing to use for ice. I use this ice maker multiple times per day and my kids love the ice too. I definitely recommend it and it is super easy to set up and fill to the fill line, etc.

I received a Newair countertop ice maker for Christmas 2023. The machine quit working after 3 months. I had registered my gift on Dec 26th and advised it was a gift. I contacted customer support when the machine stopped working. After exchanging several emails and performing all the recommended steps and providing a video, I was told that the machine would need to be replaced. I provided all the requested information for the exchange and told them that it was a gift so I didn't have a receipt. (My friend looked but could not find a receipt). Their last reply was that they could not make a warranty exchange without a receipt. IF you purchase this unit hold on to the receipt, if you receive one as a gift.....Good luck!!

I love the size of this countertop ice maker and how easy it is to use. The ice is made quickly and it's the perfect ice for crunching! The front access fill is very convenient and the machine is quiet. Highly recommend this product.

This little ice maker is super compact but still produces a ton of ice throughout the day. Plus, it's the tiny nugget ice that I love so much! I like how easy it is to refill this ice maker!

I've owned several ice makers over the years and the NewAir NIM026MBN0 is probably my favorite! It's so compact, yet makes ice quite fast. I really like the simplistic design, as you literally push ONE button for it to work. My favorite feature, though, is the compact design as it takes up minimal space.

I got mine about a week ago and love it! It was easy to put together and get started. Mine was scratched on the front. There's protective film on it, so not sure if the scratch came from delivery.

I loved it and it looks amazing in my kitchen !! It makes the ice really quick and it's perfect for home
