Newair® Countertop Bullet Ice Maker in Matte Black or Metallic Silver, 26 lbs/Day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this ice maker a few times and have been pleased with results.

Got this ice maker for home and have used it maybe 3-4x and today and extremely hot day decided to cut it on. Have been waiting for over an hour and no ice is dropping. I can hear the fan and the sound like it's dropping but nothing drops!!!!

My machine lasted 6 months and stopped making ice! Because it was a gift, they wouldn't replace it! I would not purchase this machine again!

I bought this ice machine on a literal whim and to me it was an excellent decision, I definitely am not dissappointed at all I love this ice maker/ It functions just like the big machines you see in hotels and restaraunts .It cycles fresh cubes in about six minutes.It is easy to set up and start using.A third grader could do it. I have had no issues whatsoever so dont believe all the negative comments This is a perfect gift for anyone special to you .I woulde def buy one again and again I love the quality of the product and it doesnt take up a lot of space and its portable.In my opinion this model is a definite winner!!!

I am just over one year in (used it minimally at our summer home) and it no longer works. Hoping they will exchange it for one that works!

Got this as a gift! Two months in and now it won't work. Huge waste of money.

I got this machine as a gift and it stopped working 2 months after I started using it. I'm very upset because it wasn't cheap... I love my ice so it was a real bummer. I wish there was a way to fix this, but the fan won't even work anymore either. No sign of life except for the lights on the buttons. I kept it clean and everything.

I made over 4-5 baskets and all was good then I reached to gab a piece to eat and had to spit it out from and unknown bad taste. I will be trying to get help to clean or replace the unit.

We purchased a Newair ice maker a few weeks ago after it was recommended by a family member. It works great and we have enjoyed a summer of ice cold drinks. I like that it is easy to drain from the bottom when not in use. The only downside is the interior is not refrigerated so the ice starts to melt if left in the basket. Not a huge deal as we empty the basket often and stockpile the ice in a freezer.

Bought this for work and everyone loves it. The ice is a great size and this machine is quick to produce more ice!

Had this less than a year, worked fine (although quite loud, but that’s to be expected given price), and now does not make ice anymore. It turns on and hums but produces no ice despite troubleshooting. Very disappointing that after less than a year it has stopped working. Now would like a refund or at least get a new one get it fixed but return window has passed. Lights on, plugged in, has water, and yet no ice.

I have loved this more than I thought! I use ice all day long and this is so great to just have it available at all times. Our refrigerator ice maker quit working about a year ago and we just buy bags of ice. This has just been wonderful to have. The only drawback is it's a little loud which is kinda bothering my family but I don't mind.

I use this product to make ice! It is a fast and quiet machine.

I don't have an ice maker built in my refrigerator and I was tired of filling ice trays or going to get ice and it's not ready! I put this ice maker on my wish list and received it for my birthday, BEST GIFT EVER! I love this ice maker my whole family enjoys grabbing a cup of ice. I love using the small ice function the ice cubes are soft and tasty. Once the ice tray is empty it takes no time to make more. I highly recommend this ice maker for anyone on the market for a countertop ice maker.

Good until it stopped working after 9 months. Now I can’t get it exchanged because we are past the exchange window

My family of 5 LOVES ice in their drinks. This machine produces an incredible amount of ice and it does it quickly. Would totally recommend it.

Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 ice makers I purchased has stopped working however these machines generally work great. Newair is sending a replacement unit after helping to troubleshoot any issues it could have been. This company provides great customer service.

This machine is great and we love it it works wonders and makes alot of ice for the whole day The machine fit right on the counter Very quiet
