Bent on the first go
Literally bought this 2 days ago and one of the rods for the mop broke on the first go. Dont even know what to do at this point since I tossed away the box but I do love the idea and the product just not as durable as it seemed

Doesn't work
I’ve purchased twice because I thought the first one was defective but nope. The squeegee does not clean or dry the pad. It’s like the compartment is too wide to grip the pad. They need to stick their original mop system.

Makes Floor Cleaning Much Easier
I purchased the O-Cedar H2prO Flat Mop System because I wanted something that was easier to use than a traditional mop and bucket, and it has been a great addition to my cleaning routine. The mop is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and does an excellent job getting into corners and along baseboards. One feature I really appreciate is the dual-chamber bucket design, which helps keep clean water separate from dirty water. It made me realize how much dirt was being spread around with my old mop. The microfiber pad picks up dust, pet hair, and everyday messes very well, and the floors dry quickly after mopping. Assembly was simple, and the handle feels sturdy. Best Mop Ever!
By far the best mop I’ve ever used! It doesn’t hurt my back because I’m not having to push hard (which also makes it to a lot faster!!!!!). It’s as if it suctions to my wood floors. I love how it sprays the mop head evenly and doesn’t get as soaking wet as a traditional mop. Honestly this mop has been life-changing for me as it is easy to use, does a really good job cleaning and I don’t have to scrub nearly as hard as the traditional O’Cedar, it wets evenly but doesn’t soak it, it’s lightweight and easy to carry around, and the velcro holds the microfiber extremely well. 100% recommend this mop and I’ve been telling everyone I know. I love it!!!!!

The water in the tank that’s supposed to keep the fresh water from mixing with the old water on the bottom can’t hold up the freshwater in the bucket it spills all the way down to the bottom what a waste of money!!!!!

Piece of junk. The gasket holding the clean water in the tank overstretches and leaks all your clean water into the dirty water reservoir. I’d return it if I could, but it’s been almost a year and I’ve probably used it like 10 times..

Drive Up order unavailable try later
Product is fine. Experience is not. Ordered drive up order and when I got to store the app informed me that drive up not available and I needed to go in store or try later. It had rained earlier but had stopped way before I got to the store. I had my dog with me and took him specifically because it was a drive up order. This particular Target (Sugarcreek Twnsp OH) is always pulling this stuff. If you’re trying to win back customers, then do better.

It was nice first week. But the Velcro keeps coming off, I feel like it really doesn’t clean my floors. When you try to rinse, any hairs on the pad sticks to the top of the bucket and my nozzle does t spray anymore. Wish I can return it buts it’s too late. Will not buy again. I have been searching and searching for a flat mop that keeps the dirty and clean water separate. This is satisfactory but one big design flaw is the pad does not secure to the bottom of the mop. Since it only attaches at the ends, the microfiber pad slips all over and gets punched in the squeegee, no matter how tight you fascinate it to the mop head. Also cant get pad as dry as needed

Don't buy this one
I got this one because I wasn't a fan of how large the spin mop system is and I dont have a great place to store it. This mop is horrible. The sprayer that puts cleaning solution on the mop sprays everywhere including on me. The rinsing area doesn't ring out anything unless you waste cleaning fluid to spray on the pad and ring out right after The little piece you put your foot on to hold the bucket still while you use it falls off every time I pick it up to move. The cleaning solution container now drains completely into the dirty tank as soon as I put it on. I've had this mop less than 2 weeks. Wait for a better concept to come along. This one isn't worth your time. SAHM review

O Cedar Where Have you Been?
Games Changer. I have been eyeballing the different systems for way to long. I couldn't decide. Lots of videos had me second guessing purchase. Every single time I go for retail therapy Im looking at it. Finally today my husband said just buy it. Instructions on box. 1 pad. Easy and self explanatory for assembly. I used my own mixture for cleaning solution. Had a couple mishaps but it was user error. I accidentally knocked it over after refilling. I do not recommend doing that! Later I dumped it out the wrong side and made a mess. If you do not align the middle piece it will not work well. So be sure its lined up correctly. The pad needs to be pulled tight on the bottom of mop before attaching the one side or it will bunch. I was able to do walls, trim, baseboards, cabinets, floors and doors. The amount of time was way less than usual. I could reach places without a ladder. So fast. Zero chemicals ran down my armpits from scrubbing normal way up high. Light weight. Yes you gotta refill a little but do you really wanna go room to room with a heavy bucket? Nope. Just purchase this. Yes I wish it was cheaper and wish it had extra pads but for it changing my cleaning...worth it. Not a fan of drip dry buttt its whats actually cleaning my floors. All other ways left build up. This mop removed it and made it clean. Just go buy it. Thank me later!!!
