    Order canceled with inconsistent explanation

    I purchased this item during a promotion, but my order was canceled after purchase. The cancellation email said it was due to an address issue. However, another item from the same order was successfully delivered to the exact same address. After contacting Target customer service and the Target Plus team, I was given different explanations, including shipping restrictions and that the partner could not ship the item. Unfortunately, no one could provide the actual reason for the cancellation or honor the original purchase price. This was a very disappointing experience.

    one dish arrived broken

    Dishes are pretty. I bought them for a gift. The bottom dish arrived broken. Target would not exchange or refund because I tried to return them outside of their window of return. I'm giving the 2 dishes that were not broken and buying something else from somewhere else. Target is the worst. Just glad I opened the box before wrapping.

    Beautiful and resistant to temperature extremes!

    I’m always worried about ordering breakable things online as they often arrive chipped or broken, but Staub’s attention to detail begins with the packaging — these were so well packed that I kept the box and inserts for when I move house. The citron colour is beautiful in natural light and the interior looks like a muted pale yellow/cream; the photos don’t do it justice but I’m so glad I choose the citron. They are very solid and easy to clean (even in the dishwasher) but my favourite ‘feature’ is that these can come straight out of the freezer and directly into the oven! I was amazed that this is possible without cracking from the extreme temperature change.

    Valuable Baking Set for the Home

    I can tell that these dishes will last a lifetime, at least. They heat so evenly. They also clean up in the dishwasher, looking like new. I’m very pleased!

    Almost perfect!

    I recently purchased the Staub Rectangle 3-Piece Baking Set, and overall, I’m very satisfied with it. The variety of sizes makes it incredibly useful for baking different dishes, and the quality is excellent as expected from Staub. However, I was a bit disappointed with the color. I thought it would be a brighter, more vibrant yellow, but it turned out to be a bit duller than I expected. Aside from that, it’s a great purchase, and I’m happy with its performance in the kitchen.

    I was looking for a large baking dish for pasta but saw these set of 3. Very pleased and like how they nest inside each other so takes up less space. Cute and easy to clean.
