Cook for a crowd in the roomy 13 by 9-inch dish, bake a one-dish family meal in the 10.5 by 7.5-inch dish, or bake a sumptuous side in the 7.5 by 6-inch dish. Then serve directly to the table in these elegant dishes.The beautiful porcelain enamel glaze prevents moisture absorption during baking, so baked goods won't dry out, and it diffuses heat gently and retains heat exceptionally well.     I Love Staub Stoneware products

    I haven't been able to use any of the 3 baking dishes yet, since I just received them and wanted to register the product right away. I have other Staub products, and these show the same excellent quality that I usually find in Staub products. Their baking dishes, unlike most others, have a handle that is ergonomically better to use, with the hole area allowing a firm grip of the handle, rather than a continuous piece of stoneware that might allow slippage. I love that these dishes also withstand well over 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and can be used under a broiler.

    Great meals ahead.

    This is my second Staub purchase. I love the fact that I can cook with my oven set to 450 without damaging these baking dishes. I have a new oven and these baking dishes will help me create great dishes that are cooked perfectly. Everything cooks evenly. . They clean beautifully with minimal effort. The color almost matches my new glass front refrigerator. I must advise Not to ever add cold water to the hot dish. I found out the hard way. Fortunately, my dish only had a crack and my meal was saved. I hurt throwing the dish away. With care these will last a lifetime.

    Great Purchase

    The color (cherry) is gorgeous! I traded in my glass baking dishes because I'm doin more casseroles that involve placing the dish under the broiler and I really started to worry about the glass shattering in mhy oven. Not with these! I love the three sizes - so versatile. And as with my other Staub products, I know they will last! Best purchase this year so far!

    Green with envy

    Besides the beautiful light green color, I love the size of each dish in the set. The even heat distribution is excellent especially when baking something that has an odd shape. I also really like the handles. The handles are sturdy and I feel secure when removing the dish from the oven. Clean up is breeze, too.

    Best Investment EVER!

    I can't believe I waited so long to invest in Staub cookware! The weight of the casseroles are beefy, but not too heavy. The overall cook of a huge casserole was perfect. I am already trying to find recipes to use the other two sizes, and have the casserole with a lid in my wishlist!

    Beautiful and functional!

    LOVE these baking dishes! The color is gorgeous (I went with the dark blue, which is almost a blue-purple), I like that they nest to be stored more conveniently and are safe at higher temperatures. I already made a pasta bake and it turned out great, barely any sticking with long term baking. I can’t wait to make my focaccia in the second smallest pan and see how it turns out!
