The new pads are awful and poorly made.
I have severe OCD and use the Swiffer Power Mop almost every single day of the week. I’ve probably spent thousands if not tens of thousands on Swiffer products over the years. They recently changed the pads to these new ones and the quality is TERRIBLE. An old pad used to last me 3 days and if I could push it, probably 4. It took me 2 new pads for a single clean of my apartment. The pads were falling apart as I was mopping, the strips were dangling and about to fall of the pad. Once I was done with little to no effort, the center part that holds all the individual strips, tore right off. This may not seem like a big deal to the average person, but to someone who relies on this product for everyday use because of my mental health, this is major. I’m going to see if I can stock up on the old pads until I find a permanent replacement for this product in my life.

We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Please check the bottom of the PowerMop mop head to see if it is dirty as sometimes if the mop head itself is dirty, the pads may not attach. Clean the mop head and try attaching again. Try this method of attaching the pad: Spray solution, put the pad on the mop head, and pass the pad through the solution. The friction of the pad + solution on the floor will attach the pad to the mop head. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 742-9220 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you. The pads do not stick to the mop! The whole thing is a piece of junk! A joke. Buy a box of pads and not a one sticks on the mop while using!

Perfect for everyday use and it works!
I absolutely love my Swifter Powermop and using the mopping pads. I use this daily in high traffic areas to help keep my house clean. It’s gentle on my floors and I’m never worried about over using it. The pads pick up so much dirt and it stays on the textured pad. These stick firmly and do not fall off even if you need scrub on a stubborn mess.

Pads don't stick.
Brand new power mop. There is no possibility of getting the pads included to stick to the mop by themselves. Had to resort to using rubber bands as suggested online. Great way to mark up floors.
