Does Not Include Full Game on Cartridge
I purchased the physical version of the Tears of the Kingdom - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition hoping to get the full game with Switch 2 upgrade on cartridge without needing a download. Unfortunately, you can't even boot up the physical version without downloading an update. The update is free, but still, the physical version is incomplete and completely unplayable without an internet connection. At that point, it is better to just download the upgrade, even if you're a diehard physical collector like myself.

CA$H GRAB. I was honestly not impressed at all after upgrading, as it's marginally better. Back when I purchased my PS4 Pro, EVERY game looked better; even the desktop looked great. Now, nintendo is MILKING their customes for every last dollar that they can get out of them. Just shameful. But in 2025 nintendo has no shame.

Fly High in 4K
The sequel to the critically acclaimed Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom took what made the previous game good, and added to it, but with much more freedom. This game looks incredible on the Switch 2 and I have not experienced a single issue. That said- If you own the Switch 1 cart, I do not recommend this. Yes, it comes with the full game and upgrade, but you can save money and just spend $10 for the upgrade. I only recommend this cart for new players.

Love it but would not get the upgrade pack just get the og switch one for around 60 it will work on the switch 2 and you don’t need the upgrade pack
