TYLENOL Rapid Release Gels work at the speed of life to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains and reduce fever. Each gelcap features unique laser-drilled holes that work to release medicine fast and contains 500 mg of acetaminophen for effective, extra strength pain relief. Tylenol Rapid Release Gels can be used to help treat minor aches and pains related to headache, backache, minor arthritis pain, toothaches, pain due to the common cold, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. Pain Reliever/Fever Reducer..

Uses

headache, muscular aches, backache, minor pain of arthritis, the common cold, toothache, premenstrual and menstrual cramps.

Allergy alert: acetaminophen may cause severe skin reactions. Symptoms may include:

Do not use

Do not use : with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist,if you are allergic to acetaminophen or any of the inactive ingredients in this product.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

Stop use and ask a doctor if : pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days,fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days,new symptoms occur,redness or swelling is present. These could be signs of a serious condition.

Directions

Do not take more that directed (see overdose warning).

Adults and Children 12 Years and Over

Take 2 gelcaps every 6 hours while symptoms last. Do not take more than 6 gelcaps in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. Do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.

Children Under 12 Years

Ask a doctor.

Other information

Store between 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Avoid high humidity. Do not use if carton is opened. Do not use if foil inner seal imprinted with Tylenol is broken or missing.

    Very disappointed..

    Target sold me a 225 Tylenol tablets in July 2026 with an expiration date of July 2026. I bought it online and now I have to return it!! Another trip!!I highly suggest u check everything when making purchases…

    Like the fast pain reliever

    Love how fast they relieves aches and pains. I have minor pain from arthritis, muscle aches and headaches. It does not inactive with my other medication. Use only as direct. And never had any allergy reaction to it. Take only when needed. Have family members that take it.

    Amazing and works wonderfully.

    I had a toothache and I took 2 of these and the pain went away fast I was really surprised. Usually it takes about 20 minutes for the pain to disappear using other pain reliever brands these are my new go to.

    I like the product. I find that the gelcaps work faster than the regular ones. They also go down easily with no trouble. The only thing I don't really like is the packaging. It can kind of be hard to twist off. I always get the 100 count i feel like it's a good amount for the price.

    These are the real deal, they truly work fast! I had surgery 10 days ago, and do not like narcotics so I took Tylenol as an alternative. I took the regular extra strength that do work, but take about 45 minutes for me. I bought these and took the first two tablets about 17 minutes ago, and I’m already feeling the effects of the pain medication working. Tylenol is safe, and it is my go to for any pain. This is coming from a person that does not like taking medication, generally.
