Great Digital camera on budget
Image quality is peak if you’re looking for a sorta vintage look, and battery life is pretty good. I didn’t know you needed an ss card to record videos, but the 100 pic space/storage is nice and convenient. Fits great in pockets.😛 To transfer pics from camera to computer wasn’t too anything difficult either.

dont buy.
i followed every direction and it doesn’t work. the selfie screen doesn’t work, the micro sd card won’t stay in, so now i’m wasting more money on this camera by buying this card.

It is NOT 56 megapixels!
I bout one of these in the store. This camera does not have a 56MP sensor in it. They are using interpolation to scale up images from a low resolution sensor and calling it 56 megapixels. The image quality is extremely bad. Similar to my flip phone camera from 20 years ago. Not recommended. Vivitar, if you want to sell a low resolution camera at a low price point, just be honest about it!

The settings reset everytime you turn the camera off, battery life is TERRIBLE, photos are extremely blurry unless you are in perfect lighting and the subject is perfectly still. It's a good camera for taking photos of scenery, but if you're trying to take pictures of people it's not very good. Overall wouldn't recommend. I would suggest putting your money towards a better quality digital camera.
