  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Love this dress.

Super cute dress, and great quality. I got this in S and XS because many reviews mentioned it ran big. I ended up keeping the S. I wear a 6 top usually, which can be a S or M, depending on the brand. I felt like the S in this fit nicely without any places digging in or chest flattening. I am 5'8" at ~140lbs, 36C. It does run on the shorter side, but I prefer that. The skirt is full and flirty. The material is soft and the texture gives it an elevated look. Target has come out with some real winners lately. Yes, they are on the pricier side, but when you catch them on sale, they are worth it.

It’s extremely cute. The skirt has a double layer that is very flattering. Unfortunately, it runs HUGE. You will probably need to size down two sizes. You’re out of luck if you usually wear an XS.
