Overall a really good robot vacuum
I got this vacuum about a month and a half ago and really enjoy how well it keeps the house clean. I haven't really had any problems with navigation; However there can be difficulty with furniture that low hanging cross leg supports hitting the 360 lens, but that seems to be a rare with furniture I have found. Overall I have had a good experience with charge time, I can't really complain when it has to use more than one charge due to the end result being quite clean. If you do have dark and glossy appliances such as a stove or a dishwasher it may have trouble seeing them during low light run time but that problem seemed to fix itself over time with proper mapping. One thing I must note is that in order to map your house you need the MyDysonapp which I do wish there was an offline version, perhaps there could be a future version of the app that is offline and could work one's laptop or desktop computer to communicate to the device over the local network. Currently the vacuum has an offline mode you can configure via the USB port on the back but you will not have any smart features and is limited to manual operation. Overall though I am happy with the product.

Internet connectivity issues
The vacuum hardware is the best on the market. It vacuums my main bedroom medium pile carpet daily and collects all the dust and hair from my two dogs. The bin is full nearly weekly. It navigates decently, doesn't quite reach the edges well but does 98% of the bedroom. The only con is it randomly drops from the internet which causes it to just stop and you cannot restart it from the app. You have to find the vacuum (sometimes under the bed) and manually dock it to get it to connect back on the internet. This could be a problem is being used across multiple rooms (hide and seek). Overall though, compared to the mop/vacuum unit I have downstairs, this Dyson vacuum does a much better job on the carpet just the internet issues are the biggest holdback to a perfect robot vacuum.

Way better than I was expecting
I’m so impressed with my 360 VisNav. I had always heard that robot vacuums were fine to manage dust but that you’d still have to vacuum with your normal vacuum at least once a week for a good cleaning. Well let me tell you, my Dyson is so good, I only have to spot clean a couple of places he can’t get to. He goes under my couch, under the bed and gets all of those tight nooks I’d have to move furniture to get too. He’s great at dog hair. And the variable suction on auto mode is amazing! The initial mapping process was frustrating at first but the vacuum continues to learn and relearn my house layout. I usually have him run over night but I have to leave a few lights on because his little headlight isn’t enough to guide him around the whole house in the dark and he will get lost. And he gets more efficient requiring no additional charging time the more he learns the house. Dustbin is adequate in size and I dump it after each run.

GO Dyson Vis Nav!!
I can't give it a full 5 stars because no device is perfect. It has the occasional hiccup returning to charge, but I have had almost none of the other "complaints" I have read. It navigates our tiny cluttered home beautifully and picks up dust and hair that other vacuums leave behind. I like that map that shows where the most dust and particulate matter was found. The cyclone dustbin just keeps swirling dirt deeper into the chamber. While it only manages a little over 50 minutes at a go, it recharges quickly and heads right back out to finish the job. We have names it "Mr. Belvedere" after the movie and tv show character. Very happy with this purchase.

Doesn’t easily navigate
It doesn’t navigate very easily and keeps getting stuck under my couch everytime I use it. I’ve tried to understand how to block it from going under the couch using the map, but it’s really confusing.

:ove my new Dyson robot vacuum. We have five pets, two labradors and three cats. This is the ONLY robot vacuum that I have had that has the suction power to truly pull all of the fur off off of our rugs.

The suction power is unbelievable. It picks up dust, cat hair, crumbs, and fine debris like it’s on a mission. My floors have never felt cleaner. Even in high-traffic areas where my cat sheds constantly, the Dyson 360 Nav leaves everything spotless. The suction is so strong that I’m genuinely impressed every single time. Battery runtime is perfect for my whole house. It powers through without dying halfway or needing constant returns to the dock. I can set it and forget it, knowing it’ll finish the job efficiently. What really sets it apart is the smart navigation and mapping. I programmed specific quadrants and zones exactly how I wanted, and it follows my layout flawlessly every time. No random wandering or missing spots – it systematically covers each area I designed. The mapping technology is spot-on, and the thoroughness is outstanding. I had to return 2 - I got same battery error on both. It cleaned well but not stopped working after the first week. Very disappointing!

Navigation & mapping are horrible. This unit will not even clean near my walls. It will not clean the all of the mapped area. Sunction is great! no issues there.

Useless - Returned (two of them)
Purchased two. Both failed during the first 24 hours. Neither would vacuum more than 100 sq ft before shutting off. I would have to manually return them to the base and try again. Battery: 100% on both. I read online reviews and found out that it is a common problem. Both were returned. I was looking forward to having them work and am very disappointed.

I’m thoroughly impressed with my 360 Vis Nav vacuum. I had a premium competitor mop/wash unit, but even after lifting the pads, it still dragged across the carpet. So, I was searching for a vacuum-only machine. While the navigation isn’t perfect, it’s still top-notch. You need to follow the basic instructions, like removing the cords and cleaning up before you run the machine. But once you let it run, it does an amazing job picking up dirt. We have a long-haired dog that requires us to vacuum manually every day, but this device helps prevent us from doing it. It works wonders for our two-bedroom apartment. It’s unfortunate that they discontinued this model, as I really appreciate the vacuum-only feature. Having to empty it on your own isn’t a big deal, and I prefer to do it myself rather than having it sit in a bag that gets emptied from a dock.
