Decent but my dog hates it!

This little guy works decently well. It is easy to use, like super easy to use. If we stay on top of it, then we can get a ton stored up in baggies. The cleaning feature is nice as well. Where it loses a star is in the drain plug design. I get that it needs to be on the bottom so that all of the water can be eliminated, however, it is not intuitive, or easy to grab. I find myself fumbling around for the plug and contorting myself a bit to be able to see it. Since you cannot tip it due to it being filled with water there is a challenge. The other issue, which I understand is fairly common, is one of my dogs freaks out when I am using this device. Just one. The cattle dog will climb on the back of the couch shaking, the Shiba is fine. We moved it into the storage room which is behind a metal door to solve for that. But, be warned.
